I could only watch as Mom attacked Aunt Trish. Attacking her like an enraged Lioness. Grabbing her knife from her back pocket, I knew deep inside that Mom was angry. But the question I asked, was why. Why did she attack Aunt Trish for hugging Dad.
I sat on the floor in that room, it was my birthday. She had set this up for me, then I remembered something. Mom and Dad were arguing. Something about Aunt Trish. I knew that Aunt Trish was a good person.
I didn't want to hear this, the yelling, the swearing. It broke me. I didn't want to hear it anymore, I grabbed Mom by the back of her sweater, and I pulled her away. I tried to get her to stop. But for my efforts, I got backhanded, and punched. I backed away from her, and I hid under a table, my father was already out of the building, most likely hiding from Mom. I curled up under there. And I waited for someone to make mom stop.
I heard Mom yell at Aunt Trish, and I heard Uncle Nine try to defuse the situation. I knew that she wasn't going to be pacified. She wanted to kill Aunt Trish. I sobbed loudly, checking my pockets for something to calm myself. Suffice to say, there was nothing. My plushie was with Mom. And she destroyed it when I had offered it to her. It was a stuffed bear with a top hat and Bow tie.99Please respect copyright.PENANAk5Bl1nDbjN
Fifteen minutes passed, the fight still raged on, then it stopped. Then Aunt Trish got me out from under the table. 99Please respect copyright.PENANAP6ge0LBGoZ
