“Yeah..?”
Matt said with a little nod of his head… as he definitely had noticed that Tord lately had been keeping more and more to himself these days… as Tord just didn’t seem to hang out with their friend group at all anymore if he didn’t absolutely have to… as he just seemed to be away somewhere else almost all the time…and so Matt definitely noticed that lately and that was the thing that pissed him off the most about all of this, because none of them had any clue what Tord was up to anymore. “Maybe this has something to do with whatever he’s been up to lately” Edd said thinking about whatever Tord could be doing while he’s “out”.
“Yeah….”
Tom said before letting out a low sigh and nodding his head in agreement… as clearly Tord was up to something… as this new pattern definitely had to mean that Tord was up to something… as it wasn’t normal for Tord to be away all the time…. As this was certainly out of character for him… so whatever Tord was doing definitely had to be something really big… and that just made this whole thing even more concerning.
“So what do we do…?”
Matt then said while getting right back up to standing and folding his arms. Tom is silent for a minute as he just thinks about how they were gonna confront Tord about this now… as he really didn’t want to go and confront Tord at the moment without any planning… and so after he had thought for a minute he finally came up with an idea on how to do this whole thing now…
“I think I have an idea…”
“Ja, det vil være klart...nei...jeg forstår...bare litt mer tid“ Tords voice was serious making his accent thicker than normal. Tord paused when he heard a knock at his door. He sighed and said a few things into the phone before hanging up and clearing his desk and walking to the door. “Come in….”
Tord said with a slight yawn as he stood up from the desk… as the knocking at his door had interrupted him from his call with his colleagues… as Tord had been very busy lately with talking to various people and planning the whole thing… as he was always on the phone with various people as it seemed like Tord was constantly in the center of planning something now… as he just stood up and walked over to the door and then slowly and carefully opened the door. And that person at the door turned out to be Tom… as he had a serious expression on his face right now… as Tom definitely looked like he meant business right now as he stared right at Tord with an intense gaze… as Tom didn’t seem to like what he saw right now… as Tom seemed to be more than just a little bit angry right now… and so Tom slowly and carefully stepped forward into the room… as he still had that same serious expression on his face….
“So….”
Tom said as he closed the door behind him after stepping into the room. Tord knew something like this was gonna happen and he seriously regretted saying that those things to Edd now because it was taking away from his work time. “…What are you up to, Tord?”
Tom then said with a stern and serious tone in his voice… as Tom just seemed to be ready to get straight to the point as his serious expression remained on his face… as he just seemed to be more than just a little bit angry right now… and so he stared right at Tord with a very serious and intense look in his eyes… as Tom seemed to not wanna say anything else until he had gotten Tords answer to his question right now. Tord figured he was gonna have to put on an act for a good amount of time until his friends thought he was back to normal. Tord knew exactly how to play this. “I’ve just been working late lately….”
Tord casually said with a shrug of his shoulders as he tried to play it off like nothing had happened as his usual smug and arrogant attitude returned to his face… as he now had a big smile on his face that was definitely way more exaggerated in size compared to before.
“Why do you ask….?”
Tord then said with a slight smirk on his face as he stared right into his friends eyes… as his smug and arrogant attitude was back in full swing now. Tom groaned in annoyance “You made Edd cry and you also acted like we don’t care about you in the slightest” Tom said angry that flashback’s from years ago of Tord crying and hugging Tom because some kids were being mean to him so Tom beat them up for him flooded Toms mind. “He was crying..?….”
Tord said with a confused look on his face as his usual smug and arrogant attitude was suddenly gone in a split second and replaced by a very genuine look of confusion on his face.. as Tord just seemed to have been completely thrown off by what Tom was saying… as his confusion turned into a guilty look on his face… as his eyes just became wide now…. As he seemed to suddenly feel bad for what he’d done now that he knew that he’d hurt his friend now... Tom seemed to finally break though to Tord. “Yes Edd was crying. I don’t know what you have been up to lately but whatever it is seems to be making you forget how much Edd loves your stupid ass” Tom said. “S-should I talk to him?” Tord asked quietly. Tom rolled his eyes “Yeah, commie you should talk to him and Matt too” Tom advised before walking out of Tords room and into his own.
