Kadence has always had a feeling she's being watched. No matter where she is it's like she can sense someone...staring at her. Funny thing is, her suspicions were proved late one evening.
Kadence left work and made her way to a coffee shop she goes to at the same time every day like clockwork. When she opened the door she immediately felt a rise in her stomach that almost felt like panic. She was confused by why she was feeling this way but she pushed it aside and went to order something. "You want the usual Kade?" Frances, the coffee shops only employer, said staring at her waiting for an answer. "Yeah," Kadence mumbled, still not able to erase that feeling.
She was handed her latte as she walked towards a small table in the corner made of mahogany. As she sat down she pulled out her laptop and headphones and turned on her favorite true crime podcast. It wasn't until 20 minutes later shenoticed someone staring at her through the glass of the shop. He was tall and gangly like. When Kademce put her full attention towards him he seemed to loose interest in staring at her and walked away. Although, she saw him look back at her three diffrent times.
