Background:
Abraxas was worshipped as the all-mighty god of the Greek region of Basilides, and was thought to have ties to Ra in Ancient Egypt. A literal piece of god, he was worshipped for guarding the boarders of heaven so another war like the one with Lucifer never happens again. It was peaceful until the angels began fighting among themselves. This pained Abraxas to see. While he tried his best to assist Azrael in mediating, their efforts were mostly fruitless. When a war between Michael and Gabriel broke out, Abraxas, who couldn't watch anymore, and out of fear that he'd be forced to join a side and fight his family, abandoned his post and fled. He changed his form from his classical depiction of a rooster-headed man with snakes for legs, into an ethereal horned humanoid, stripping himself of all his previous titles and taking on the name of Parandrus. He resides in the world behind the mirror. It is a place where multiple universes meet, and he can come and go through each as he pleases. He casts his illusions and warps realities not out of malice, but to help the people of each universe find answers and break through the obstacles they create for themselves.
