“I Don’t know. It just came to mind as I was helping my brother build a Lego House.” I hesitantly let out.
Zack was silence for a few moments before letting out a quiet whisper, “You could be Happier you know.”
I caught on my breath, and stuttered, “W-what?”
“I See Fire, let the water Sing, Jade. Take the Eraser and erase the dam you drew. Let your thoughts flow through. We’re The A Team, remember. You can trust me.” Zack paused for a moment and smiled gently, “I’m just Thinking Out Loud but, I’m right aren’t I?”
‘You’re right but, I’m a Mess. I can’t- Not when-Why did I even stop by?’ I stood up at my thoughts, “I’m sorry, I’ll just be going.”
I was almost to his bedroom door when his hand reached my wrist, and tugged me into a hug, “You don’t need to hide, Jude Aarons. I love you, and I always will.”
I snuggled into his chest at his comforting words. Holding on tight, to the Afire Love, I erased the dam, and spoke from my heart, “And I love you, Zack Abato. Thank you for always being there for me when I can’t Save Myself. … Thank you.”
