Her hair sprawls out

Once rubicund cheeks

Now pale like the moon

Long lashes brush those cheeks

Those cheeks drained of like

The beautiful faery of a woman has perished

His face so full of life

Red and bright

Yet so full of sorrow

He wishes to be with her

Yes he wishes for death

Yet the beautiful faery of a woman lay

Lays with her visage drained of life

So pale and pure

Yet on her lips

Yes on her lips rests a faint smile

So happy in death

Her face so calm
