The Next day Lily watches the progress that Argus has been making while walking around the land ' The map is complete at Northwest from here is the first Dragon , still haven't figured out the size meanwhile the rest of the islands of the Sages and the Futures situate north of the dragon and Far west is more land '
A receiving call window appears Lily answers " So human have you found a way to heal my son ? " " Sort of but I'm still testing it " " Perfect I'll make sure his soul is safe "
' So that's the other reason she thinks he's alive ' Lily closed the call and looked at the progress Technology is very slow and I don't think I want to bother with magic '
Lily hopes that Life can finish developing " Maybe I should start learning about you two " " Sure why not you could even make use of all those deaths in you " " I do have a lot of superpowers I can't use because of how concentrated my body is "
" You'd be more like a god if you could access all of your abilities " " Yeah I know but it's not like you are the only one that can help , but Life here isn't even motivated by anything , so me being a god will have to wait . "
" You have a god complex care to tell a tale ? " " Hmm it's quite hard honestly when I was kicked out of my old home I found a village , and I needed to eat so I thought of how to gain favor by taking the sickness but I was thinking of it as a dangerous spirit "

" But wouldn't you have gotten fat ? " Death teased Lily " No because the first village I went to had very little food , they were practically starving and when I injured myself after helping myself at some paddies the murky water was purified . "
" Wait I know this kind of thing what you are doing was absorbing Fetor , the dirt of the world that kills life that's why you have so many deaths in you " " Huh ? What do you mean by that ? "

Lily stops by a tree looking at the room-sized shrine with mutated Paddies around " Oh I see " " Honestly I stayed in this village for a long time until a storm came and took their lives they tried to seek shelter but I was cut and the accumulated poison made the air poisonous killing them all , I stayed there for a while breathing in the poisonous air eating whatever food remained "
" Why didn't you move ? " Lily looks at the crops " I didn't like people and I was pretty lazy soon enough another person found me and they settled there again they worshipped me and I started to travel at one point "
" What's next " Lily answers a call ' I'll just ask for the rest later ' " What is it ? " Lily asked the first dragon " Well I want to ask how much your testing is going ? " " We just called this morning can't you wait ? "

Lily sighed " Scyan are you done with that dragon body " " Scyan is asleep after skipping sleep however he has produced another body " " Good send it to the egg island "
" There has been one incident of hacking suspected to be the future's however their intentions are unclear as they attempted to hack one of our satellite "
" How disappointing how well is our cybersecurity ? " " Very well secured I had given them a lesser tech to bypass the distorted magnetic field " Lily smirked " Good then we'll have the upper hand then try to investigate them "
" Jason wishes to call you through Hasst " " Did he just ask for recently ? " " No according to Mother Hasst was out to clear Mazes which we assume he met Jason on the way and is approaching "
" Then let Jason call me through Hasst , that divination magic they have is interesting do you think I'll be able to get it ? " " One of the artifacts can test your affinity " " Alright let me see it " the screens closed and Lily thought about why Jason wanted to keep in touch and The Futures' hacking .
' One is obvious , the other seems unknown I haven't given them any means of contacting me so maybe it's not bad but maybe I can use this hacking as an advantage ' Lily laughed and Death sensed her intentions .
' Hugo will arrive in a few days I can take advantage of the fact that he'll spill information about how I plan to bring back the first dragon who will take their body back all of them will have to help me by then '
Lily snickers and Death watches as she grows more and more greedy ' But first I need Argus to digest the Future's technology meanwhile for me , I'll see how well my magic affinity is and maybe look into the arts from Life and Death's old world . '
" But first let's check on Terra " Eves appeared with Terra moving the entire island " Terra is doing well even after we administered a high dosage she's experiencing symptoms matching our limited data on this investment "

The committee shivers feeling Lily's killing intent through her voice " So I'll forgive you for hacking my satellite " Lily leaves and everyone checks the status of their systems " Unbelievable we hacked one of her satellites and she took control of our entire systems " " in at least a week "
The leaders of the dragon riders looked at the device that Lily uses to talk to them and a projection appeared at the end of the table " Looks like Hugo spread the news " " We heard already about your plan " Larna said irritated but grateful that Lily had helped them exceptionally well .
" Good good then you know how valuable it is right ? " " Yes we will assist you in any way we can " one of the leaders said " You honestly don't have to assist me I already got it all figured out in 3 weeks or so I should be able to use it " Lily plays with the phoenix fire after closing the call .
' Now for the last one ' Jason waited in a room " So heard you were looking for me ? " " Yes I came concerning your ability to bring back life " " Why ? got any corpses you need resurrected? "
" No my superiors only hope to keep a close relationship with you " " I see then I'll gladly accept some valuable gems they were really interesting when I was reading them "
Jason wondered if giving Lily some gemstones would strengthen their relationship ' I don't have to ask much from the Future they have zero culture ' Lily checked on how far Terra was .
' Her powers are still developing ' Lily looks at the calculated time it takes for Terra to reach ' A week huh should be a lot of free time ' Lily is annoyed by the amount of time it would take " At least I got the information spread I'm even gathering some debt due "
' She's doing her best to squeeze out as much value from this ' Death thought while thinking about how much Lily was taking from the outcast " Say don't you like to do other things ? " " Of course I do , but this body destroys too much , if I overexert myself my heart rate rises"

" So can I turn that death into a dagger or something ? " " You could but that is as complicated as life itself " Lily decided to research it " Also why do you want that kind of thing anyways ? "
" Death is caused by a lot of things , sickness is the most common one in a world without war but wouldn't war be part of it " " A lot of things are under death , water despite being something closer to life is still death "
" A lot of things are close to death all that matters is the dosage " " I know that much , But I'll look into it " Death whispered to Life to ask about what Lily was thinking " Wait what do you think you are thinking about ? "

Death already understood that Lily was going to commit to the idea of a political marriage ' She seems too logical but she somehow has a heart for wanting to do some things ' " It'll take a while for the great fire so in the meantime I should continue to study this ancient art "
Lily sat down for lunch with a hologram for the text and asked Death some questions . Deep in the waters some Mazes came out " Hello hello ? " Hugo turned around his hut to see a soul " What ? "
" We don't have much time to remember this , the ancient dragon makes the land below , It's much bigger than we all imagined , we have tried to defend it against the Maze corruption but it started attacking even more this conversation cost us the left wing , but please tell the others . "

' He needs help ' " Tiburon come back I'm dropping a few tactical nukes " Lily walked to a door that filters out the poison air at her home . The door opens and Lily comes out with her mask and glasses taking a boat to reach the outer ring of land .
Tiburon came out and sensed Lily coming staying still " You made it "Lily walked to the water " What are you planning to do ? " Death asked " Something I learned about poison " " You know you can't drown them right they're like fish " Death said .
" The thing about water is that it's filled with minerals that make it taste I've drank a lot to know what it tastes like and if you remove all those minerals you get pure water then the purest kind so pure you die " Tiburon knew what Lily meant and she reached her hands out using the mastery over minerals and the like .
" I've got a variety of affinity to many things so I'm sure I can turn the sea water into pure H20 " dust of minerals starts to rise from the sea not only coming from the shore but also the ocean around them " Wow that is amazing " the Mazes swam upwards and heat the area of pure water feeling the minerals in them leave their bodies .
Death could sense the death of Mazes and more dust particles " Won't you hurt the first dragon ? " " Don't worry we can heal her later , Argus bring me some containers we need to put these away " Lily finishes turning a great distance of water into pure water .
" That should drive them back " Lily turned to Tiburon who flinched sensing her attention " Oh so Boss since the water is probably toxic I don't have to go on any missions right " "Have it that way "
Tiburon ran to the elevator imitating the same actions as yesterday " Everyone is really afraid of you " " Makes sense for them to be " " You have received a call from the Future's " " Answer it "
A hologram appears while Lily sits by a tree " What is it ? " " We detected some Mazes coming from your territory " " Well it's gone " " We know that but because you removed all the impurities of the water the Mazes are going to evolve "
" But it buys me some time although , I kinda did just risk the possibility of drought " Lily whispered to herself the last part , Death couldn't believe how she was finding opportunity from the consequences of her actions ' The Labyrinth could probably figure out how to make the water pure '
" But then the Labyrinth will be ready " " I will be too " the call closes and she sees another call waiting to be answered " Oh what is it Jason ? " " I want to warn you about an attack that's coming soon the labyrinth will be attacking in two weeks they'll be coming from both sky and sea "
" Thanks for the information Jason Send my thanks for the information to your superiors " Lily closed the call before Jason could offer her any assistance . Volos lands and Hugo looks around wondering where the Mazes went " Uhm what happened ? "
" I made it hard to live underwater although it's a bit disappointing that the Mazes immediately die I was expecting a fight or some evolution " Lily walked back to her boat " You know they'll attack again right ? " " Yes but like I said to the others I can help myself no need for backup "
Death senses her confidence worried it might harm her instead of benefiting her ' Argus should be able to complete that weapon in time ' Lily looks at the initial blueprint of several rings with a sun in the center .
' He's enchanting it with the materials we received from the Sages and the tree since that magic tree is technically an offensive tool maybe we can use it for the great fire '
Lily started the demo for the use of the weapon and watched it burn to ashes except for the magic tree ' Quite disappointing but it's not the latest draft ' Lily left the blueprint and scrolled through the rest to find the latest and started the demo .
" Perfect now we just have to wait for the water levels to go down but until then I'll send it to the sky " underneath the farm a megastructure is being made for the great fire .
