Traffic going out of the city was fairly congested, but once they got onto the highway, she could drive without having to hit the brake every five meters.
The speed limit was 90 Kph, but Mireh stayed in the slow lane even as other drivers soared past her. She didn't have that much driving experience on the highway, plus the road was getting dark.
Besides, tonight was one of those nights where she would drive all night at a leisurely pace if gas or money was no object. It didn't matter if she was driving to the equator or to the south pole, just as long as there was a road laid out before her.
But, she started thinking.
But this road would eventually end. Even if it stretched to the southern most tip of the continent, it would end. No helping that.
