"Come on, Aqua! We're gonna miss it!" Pisces pleaded her brother to run faster. She had a hard time breathing, having just run from home. 

Her elder brother, Aquarius, was way behind her. He wasn't so interested in going, so he wasn't making an effort to go any faster. 

When Pisces finally arrived to the edge of Quatran, she smiled and closed her eyes in bliss. She spreaded her hands, as if she was really flying. 

It was the first time Aqua decided to see the Zodiacs with her. 

Sagittarius grinned, seeing them coming. "One day, I'll be able to fly that free. I'll make sure of it," she stated, talking more to herself. 

At her announcement, Libra laughed. "Yeah, right. You don't even know your way around and you can't read a map. You'll fall down to the sea mid-fly." 

Sagittarius rolled her eyes and hmph'ed, crossing her arms. "I just to feel the feeling of literal freedom, like they are feeling." 

"I want to feel it, too," the shy Virgo suddenly said. His voice was small. It seemed as if his mind was elsewhere as he watched the Zodiacs flying. His eyes showed stars of amazement. 

"They're so elegant," Cancer commented. "I've decided. I want to be just like them when I grow up!" 

"Yeah, right," Scorpio said. "I will be a Zodiac and you will never be a better Zodiac than me." He was quite smug about it, like he knew for a fact that he was going to be the best Zodiac that ever existed. 

Capricorn chuckled. "Alright, sure, whatever you say, Scorpio." 

After that, they were enveloped in silence, until they realized someone was snoring... 

"Taurus? You're asleep?!" Cancer gasped in realization. In her mind, no one would ever want to miss the show. 

Taurus jolted awake as if he just got smacked. "Wha- what did I miss?!" he looked around confusedly and frowned when he saw no interesting detail. 

"You missed the show," Libra answered with a roll of her eyes. "They just passed by right above us, and you missed them." 

"Why are you so sleepy anyways?" Sagittarius asked, crossing her arms. She was a bit sad that the show--that wasn't exactly a show--was done, but at least they'll have another one in a month. 

"I-" Taurus yawned and stretched. "Sorry. Antares-" He yawned again. "Anta wouldn't let me sleep last night. He somehow gained-" And once again, he yawned. "Gained extra energy. I don't know why or how." 

Scorpio chuckled. "That little Star of yours. You should train it like mine," he said arrogantly. After that, they started arguing about whose pet was better. 

"At least mine is free! Unlike yours which you keep in a cage," Taurus protested with crossed arms. His sleepy-ness seemed to have flew away to Mars. 

Scorpio rolled his eyes and checked his nails like those gossip girls in movies. "Uh-uh. And that's totally why your Star pees on your bed and poops on your chair." 

This was a usual encounter between the two. They always bickered like an old married couple and their friends usually just watched with amused grins. They really had the cleanest mouth(note the sarcasm) out of all of them. 

"Everyone!" Virgo suddenly called. He was shouting, but it sounded like usual talking to the others, because Virgo was usually so quite. 

Everyone looked at him with raised eyebrows and he felt quite nervous to say it, but he decided to do it anyways. "Let's all promise to be Zodiacs together, no matter what happens, yeah?" Virgo said with a smile and held her hand out. 

The others were dumbfounded. They didn't realize Virgo had so much passion to be a Zodiac, so they froze for a second before Libra said, "Of course. Let's all be Zodiacs and stay friends forever!" She put her hand on Virgo's. 

The others smiled and nodded at each other before putting their hands above the other. 

"Zodiacs!" they cheered. 

"They're awesome, aren't they?" Leo asked his best friend, Aries, as they watched the Zodiacs approaching. "Do you think if I become one of them, I'll be more popular and liked by people?" 

Aries chuckled and shook his head at his friend's stupidity. All he ever cared about was popularity, but Aries never understood why. "You're already popular, Leo. Why'd you want to be more popular anyways?" 

Leo shrugged. "I just do. Anyways, what do you say if we both become Zodiacs and strive for popularity together?" 

Aries raised an eyebrow. "Leo, being a Zodiac isn't all about popularity. We have to fight and that might ruin your beautiful face, as you said. Are you really sure?"

Leo looked above. The Zodiacs were still shining brightly. "The marks and scratches on my face wouldn't compare with how brightly I will be shining if I were them," he stated and held his hand up, almost as if he was trying to touch the sky.

Leo let down his hand when he realized he couldn't touch the sky just yet. "I don't mind a few scratches here and there if that meant shining as bright as them. So, what do you say?"

Aries laughed. "Alright, sure, but I'm more into the fighting."

"Finally." Gemini fell down to the floor with a sigh. She was so tired. Her bags were scattered all around the room and the door was closed. She finally arrived into her new apartment, away from home.

Away from Getroix, she thought but quickly shook the thought away. I will be fine. I have to be. I need to make my dreams come true. 

With the only strength she had left, she crawled over to the window and looked out. Good thing the window was big and she could see through it even though she was sitting on the floor. 

Outside was what humans would call fireworks, but really, it was the Zodiacs returning. Honestly, all everyone ever thought was about how glorious they were... How awesome, amazing and all that.

However, when Gemini saw them, all she ever thought was about the struggle they had. They had to fight and protect their world from everything and anything, even if that meant dying and killing. 

Gemini couldn't imagine killing someone, much less dying, but that was the thing. She needed to do this. She needed to be a Zodiac.

She promised.

"Such a stupid promise," she muttered to herself and laid her head on the wall. "Why would I do that..."

Gemini sighed before falling asleep sitting down on the floor.
