I was a bit popular at school IRL for a day. I was usually the top geek and only other geeks talk to me. But ever since my mom gifted me for a fashionable outfit, I became popular and populars invited me for lunch. I didn't want to betray my friends, but I knew they would only be nice to me for a day (the cool dudes), so I said yes. Then they asked me questions, which was pretty great at first, but then it gets annoying. I spent the rest of the day trying to escape from random people chasing at me, while being late for some classes in the process. But it was worth it! I then went into the Girls' Bathroom and locked the door after school. I waited till most of the students went home (at like, 1:30 PM) I sighed a breath of relief, and as I opened the door, the students were still there. They sacrificed their go-home time for me? Really? Just then the principal shouted at us and told us to leave the school. The rest followed me, and they frowned at my busmates, thinking they were lucky to have ME with them. Ever since, I wore the outfit only where students won't be able to see me in it, like family reunions and other stuff, whatsoever. What I learned about being popular is that it might be annoying, surprising, or some unexpected emotion. Try choosing a great, FASHIONABLE outfit, and see the results. Will people cling on you or will they ignore you? Will you be happy that you are popular? Or totally annoyed? The chase was real, guys. :(
