I still wondered what had happened to Sam and Catherine when in the cabin. I didn't know about what they had done. Honestly, their expressions was like they had met with a ghost, but the ghost couldn't possibly leave claw wounds. I thought maybe they just had fun playing and hugging with a bear. Surely, as a best friend even as a family, Hannah, Dany and I tried to calm them down, treated Catherine's wound and assured that they were going to be fine.
At the late of night, when the nature had already darkened, and the wind rustled coldly, at that time, I was in the bedroom while tidying up my clothes, and I was also tidying up my throne, so if there were no more activities, I would sleep soundly as a queen slept with her prestigious king. Unfortunately for me, that desire foundered because of my friends activity. Then, I checked it. Surely undeniable, the steps would feel as heavy as dragging a barbell which had weight 100 kilo grams when you felt comfortable in the bedroom. It was very difficult to make a step, but for my friends, I would do it, because their pleasure was also mine.
From the second floor, I saw they were gathering in the fireplace room. I thought they were preparing for the party because as teenagers, gathering without partying was like a kingdom which didn't have dance parties. I got down the stairs and approached them. Evidently, Sam and Catherine have returned, but they looked messed up. Their clothes were dirty. Well, at the afternoon, a little rain was showering this place, so I understood it. Immediately, my eyes were on Catherine, there were claw wounds on her left hand and forehead. She looked very gasped and traumatized. Certainly, I was shocked about that.
Hannah told me to take first aid medicine and warm water. I obeyed Hannah's request. I went to the room in the back side of the lodge to take it. After, I went back to the others. Hannah and I were treating Catherine, while Sam and Dany were supervising the situation. Cautiously, Hannah and I purified the scars while steadying her. Luckily, the wound wasn't too severe. We slowly applied the ointment, so she didn't feel hurt and the wound would dried quickly. She still looked traumatized. Then, I went to the kitchen. I knew only a cup of hot chocolate which could calm a person's heart. I made a cup of hot chocolate for Catherine, so she would feel peaceful and her face would emit a beautiful smile.
Afterwards, I went upstairs to the bedroom. I was looking for Catherine's bag because I wanted to take a new cleany clothes for Catherine. After I found her bag and clothes, I went back to her. While, the men were supervising the situation, Catherine changed her clothes with the clean one. She was like a princess who was ready to dance with her charming prince. The coldness crept in and pierced into the body. Before the men came back, I went back to the kitchen to make a cup of hot chocolate for all of us to bury this coldness. Then, the men came, they said for this time we were safe and everything would be fine. Soon after that, Sam explained what had happened to him and Catherine when in the cabin.
I already knew what had happened to Sam and Catherine when they in the cabin after listening to Sam's explanation. There was something wrong here which wanted to mess our event. We didn't want this happened again, so we got down to basement looking for a safe place and to eliminate traces.
