There were the people who were normal and the people who were the protectors. The protectors had watched over the people for many years. The protectors were the superior of society. The protectors were the ones who corrected the mistakes in society and that meant doing whatever it took to get the job done. You often see the protectors as people who normally protect the society. Like police officers, doctors and EMS personnel. The people did not know of the protectors except me. I knew them because my mom was a protector and I could tell she was because I can see people's true faces. The protectors have no emotions towards those who were humans which made sense I mean...do you really want a protector emotionally involved with people. Protectors were more like robots, they ran off of a machine that was put in the place of their limbic system. But this was bad. Protectors started to get more hostile and now every human had to find a sanctuary where they were a refugee.
