The number of cases of sexual abuse against minors or often called pedophiles makes us review the pedophile man whose name had shaken the Indonesian public, Robot Gedek and Babe.
Robot Gedek aka Siswanto graced the news around 1996 because of his cruel act of slaughtering underage children. He was known to sodomize and kill victims in cruel ways, namely by dismembering the victim's body (mutilation).
This homeless and illiterate man was famous for his violent actions. Because he sodomized 12 minors, then they were killed by slashing and mutilating their bodies, before finally being dumped in several places such as Pondok Kopi, East Jakarta and around the swamps of the former Kemayoran Airport, Central Jakarta.
According to Central Jakarta and East Jakarta police records, of these 12 victims, only 8 bodies were found, including two victims, Rio and Wisnu, who were mutilated into several pieces found in the bushes of Kemayoran Airport. Siswanto admits that he did it alone. He cut the hands, feet and head of the child. Before being killed, these two children were sodomized.
For his actions, this Gedek Robot had become a fugitive. He also fled to Central Java, until finally he was arrested by the police on July 27, 1996. In his trial at the Central Jakarta Court, Robot Gedek admitted that he was not aware of his cruel act.
"In my imagination, what I killed was a chicken," he said at that time.
Even though he had made his defense, the court still sentenced him to death and eventually was sent to the Nusakambangan prison, Cilacap. However, before the death penalty was carried out, Robot Godek died first of a heart attack on March 26, 2007.
Not only the story of Robot Gedek. The public was shocked by the cruelty of Baikuni aka Babe (59) who sodomized street children. The man from Mranggen Village, RT 16 / VI, Kajoran District, Magelang Regency, Central Java, was sentenced to death for committing sodomy to dozens of underage children and the serial murder of 7 children, with four of them being mutilated.

Some of Babe's victims themselves were street children, including Little Arif, whose body was found at Pulogadung terminal, East Jakarta, with his body cut into four parts and without head, as well as Adi whose body was found at Klender Market, Cakung, East Jakarta, with the victim's body cut into two parts before being dumped into Klender Market, as well as several other Babe victims who were killed in sadistic ways.
From the results of examination by the University of Indonesia (UI) psychologist, Prof. Sarlito Wirawan, that Babe has homosexuality, pedophilia or sexual attraction to minors, and necrophils, namely interested in having sex with a corpse. This psychological disorder is motivated by Babe's childhood who often gets psychological violence and has been sodomized.
