It's impressive at how this boy can get this much information that fast and he even put the dates and dealings with blanks and humans alike.

It's even confirmed that it's the case considering the last person she's been having deals with is the person that Rex nearly killed off while they are in their own world.
But the middle part gives him more information about the place captured blanks go through and that woman is actually running some of the experiments in secrecy as well.
