I find myself in an old house its structure was ratty . i saw a chest few distance away from me, as I went closer to it , my heart beat to every step i take. The building was quiet completely empty. " it shouldn't be this easy " i said to myself . when i finally got closer to it , i open the chest the glittering from the golds almost blinded my eyes, I was short of words. '' i made it, I made it ! '' i screamed to the lonely atmosphere around me. I took the box from its place it was mounted on , immediately the building starts shaking it turned out as if the earth wants to swallow up the place, then I realise how powerful the treasures are to keep the building aloft all these centuries. I managed myself out and watched as the building sink into the earth . as I turn to leave with my heart filled with immense joy for being so successful in having the treasure chest I heard a loud noise a very disturbing continuous ringing, I dropped the treasures to the ground and held my ears. Turning left and right to stop the disturbance Then I felt my body hit the floor so hard, the hurt made me jump up my feet and then I realized it was just my alarm blaring and I have rolled down from my bed that's why I struck the floor hard. I hissed to myself " so it was all a dream " and then I turned to my alarm clock and hit it hard to stop the noise " you shouldn't have wake me up from my dream ! You good for nothing old stupid useless clock !!" I complained to an object that can never hear me nor understand my feelings but I really do not want to wake up from that dream. But here I am now in the real world with no treasure chest just the map papa gave me hours ago . I gave out a loud sigh and get all dressed, never mind having breakfast because I needed to talk sense into his head this calm morning " seth really needs to see this and he better be convinced this time " I said and rushed to school. I sit patiently waiting for seth to come into the class and when he finally came I saw miss Benita just right behind him. " not now " I muttered. He came closer and sit beside me but we couldn't exchange pleasantries because miss Benita's eyes where all over us . she is so wicked that she would accuse you for things you never did and get you into trouble that you have to bail yourself out from. So fortunate for the class and unfortunate for me we are having morning lectures today. Whenever she teaches she spends more than her suppose period . I hate to admit but she is the most intelligent linguistic teacher that has ever taught us but she is the worst lecturer in Raymond college . she doesn't follow the school rules and no one can stand out to oppose her not even the principal. I guess he got his hands dirty, and Miss Benita may be hiding his filthy secrets that's definitely why he doesn't have a voice against her. If I should give her a nickname I guess it will be ' Benita goddess of trouble and pride ' NO That sounds sweet how about ' Benita queen of the Goats ' since goats are stubborn animals and she is also they wouldn't mind to take her for a Queen. NO she would think we meant Greatest of All Times (G.O.A.T) whatever she is very obstinate and doesn't care what anyone says about her. So we waited listening to a repeated lecture that she protracted till midnoon. When she finally decided to leave, everyone was exhausted from her long lecturing and needed to take a break. I looked beside me but seth was no where to be found. I ran out to the cafeteria thinking he would want to get something to eat but when I got there he wasn't at the cafeteria. I came out scratching my head confused not knowing what to do, he is not a football fan so he wouldn't be at the field nor would he be at the basketball court . I couldn't conceal my anger anymore I screamed out
" where are you seth ! ''
" right here " I hear a mouth full manage say
" where were you Seth ? I've been looking everywhere for you "
" Are you blind to see that I'm eating, your lecturer almost killed us with starvation back there in the class I had to feed my innocent stomach "
" follow me to the library I need to show you something " I said walking past him
" I pray you have something reasonable to say today Rayn " he replied and joined me . when we got to the library we find a better space where we would be undisturbed .
" why are we having this tete -a- tete Rayn "
" what is the definition of a map ? "
" hold on, hold on a minute dude, you brought me all the way here to ask me of the definition of a map ! ? "
" just tell me " I said solemnly
He chuckled and stared at me for a while before answering to my question.
" A map is a geographical representation of the earth surface on paper or for dumb brains like yours, it's a picture or chart that shows the different part of a place . "
" so you saying only a genuine place has a map right ? "
" of course stop asking dumb questions Rayn "
I dipped my hands into my trousers pocket and brought out the map.
" Seth this is the map of Abkazia, the map to the kingdom where the great treasures are hidden " he widened his eyes in surprise
"Wow, where did you get it from ? " Seth asked anxiously extending his hands to take the map from me
" can you read it ?" I asked giving it to him
" you know that's my job dude " he gazed through it for a while and said
" Rayn I think the path to Abkazia won't be so hard for you to find "
" you mean for us to find "
" NO NO , I told you before I can't go on this with you "
" Seth please , why are you this adamant do you want me to get lost, you know I can't read maps for goodness sake "
" well I can explain it to you it shouldn't be so hard "
" seriously , when will you grow up to be a man and stop behaving like a chicken. When will you learn to be brave you know what damn you !okay, you can sit back for all i care '' I said dragging the map away from him. He saw the frown marred at my face and knew then that I really didn't give a shit anymore that I was so upset with him.
" Hey Rayn, come on okay fine . but you know you are the worst in cajoling people in doing things, you almost beat me up with your voice . well I just hope you are not taking me for seth Rollins because I'm seth Michael, I'm no fighter so don't think I will be able to fight the witches of Abkazia if that is why you want me by your side then you are making a very big mistake trust me. "
" so are you going with me or not " I asked with a hard look
" yeah ! I will because I know that you cannot live without me, just admit it Rayn you'll miss me if you go alone but it's okay it's fine I get ya back dude , let's go hunt some treasures "
" now you sound like the seth i knew " I said with a smirk. We came out and saw Gruber looking suspiciously at us . Seth greeted him but I didn't we are not friends nor foes but we don't talk to each other he feels he is something special and a bad bully in school but I don't give a shit about him.
" Did you see the way Gruber stared at us " Seth asked
" well he's your friend right , why not go ask him why he glared at us like that "
" sometimes I feel like giving you a hard punch "
I smiled to that I'm not good at combat but Seth is worse.
" when should we prepare to leave Rayn, so that i can get a lot of stuff for myself I don't want to starve in the realm of the witches "
" How about two days from now " I replied
" okay then that's cool and we tell our parents what ? "
" that we are going on a vacation "
He chuckled " A vacation ? To where ?"
" hmm I will figure that out and give you a reply tomorrow "
" okay bye then ''
" Wait Seth, this remains a secret don't disclose this to anyone I'm not willing to share my treasures "
He laughed to that and replied
" if I'm not mistaken the treasures of Memora that you want to steal "
" it will be ours soon " I said with a smile.
