Dilapidated book found in old dead pariah's basement in 2001, first page scribbled "Madmen on Fire" rest of the book contains entries of varying quality in penmanship. Describes schizophrenic realms of absolute madness. Safe to assume it is just ramblings of an old man rather than a lead on the investigation.
