when Eris wakes the sun has risen high into the sky with Eris only having partial light hitting them through the gaps in the logs. before Eris could leave the temporary shelter they hear footsteps and a creaking as someone walks up to and over the logs covering their mossy bed where they were currently residing talking about the willsong murder and how the last willsong has gone missing. Eris decided to stay still breathing short quiet breaths for the next 15 minutes once Eris was confident that they had left the area Eris started laughing "shit I thought they would find me." so Eris packed up and started to head north again until they pondered on what skills a can acquire out in the forest using apex predator they guessed from the lack of animal life there either is a strong human presence or a high-grade monster betting that the monster was the smart option.

"notice all slimes have taken 4 damage. please attack again" Eris attacked again by chanting "piercing magic of divergence" sending 5 bolts again and hitting all targets, "notice all slimes have taken 3 damage each all targets are dead you have gained 2 skill points current skill points are 10" "notice do you wish to activate apex predator" "yes" "notice apex predator activating please consume the slimes" with that Eris picked up the slimes which were slowly oozing out of the 2 holes the magic missiles caused and tipped it so the holes were over their mouth. the slow dripping of the slime turned into a steady stream falling out of their mouth causing them to stop before they start almost coughing from the mucus of the slime. intrigued by the almost gourmet taste of the slime they bottled the slime in some of their sample vials that came with the alchemy tools saying "I'm gonna save this stuff for later" "notice tutorial completed gained 4 skill points" "notice slimes consumed abilities acquired are slime regen, slime absorb, acid splash and slime stomach. passive ability slime regen and slime stomach has been activated apex perditor has been deactivated"
"notice major threat detected please prepare for danger" "ok thanks whatever you are" and with that Eris drew their sword holding it out in front of their body. thud thud thud thud Eris turns seeing this huge undead creature covered in almost full plate armour that was missing a helmet. the creature moved once more moving its feet and lifting its sword above its head and releasing it straight down missing Eris and sending fragments of dirt and stone flying "shit shit shit this is a problem let's try survivor" they summon the stat page and click on the skill survivor "notice survivor is unable you must do this by yourself" "well fuck" Eris clicked on the burning hands skill giving them the alert "notice please chant "torrent of fire jutting from my fingertips burning hands" sheathing their sword and pointing both of their hands down they chanted "torrent of fire jutting from my fingertips burning hands" which sent fire bursting from their fingertips propelling them into the air high enough to unsheath their sword and slash it into the skull of the undead going in maybe 5 cm and then getting stuck. "fuck my sword let's try burning hands again." "torrent of fire jutting from my fingertips burning hands" and with the final chant Eris released 6 seconds worth of fire into the into the armor of the undead monster heating the bones so much they cracked into pieced and cuaseing the armor to melt in the stomach area.
