The only two cities that coped with the fallout from Hope-thorn, Quantuamn and other places banded together to keep the economy and it's citizens safe, cutting themselves off from the rest of the world drastically, having no choice, but to become self reliant fast, bridges and roads leading out blown up, the dead and bitten burned away from the public eye, curfews imposed and movement restricted, doctors, police officers, firefighters, military, government and CDC told to take precautions
