Or maybe even the reason why they are where they are. Eirin Wesson is thrown through many different hoops and abused daily by the organization called C.A.R.M.A. They were affiliated with H.Y.D.R.A. Eirin was one of the victims that was chosen to gain special abilities. We aren't talking super solider serum. Eirin stopped talking for an unknown reason and is now under James Buchanan Barnes' supervision. Will he get information out of her? Or will she become part of his life?
