A thief and assassin of great cunning, Melariel "the Raven" never counted on the guards being able to catch up to her. But when exactly that happens and Melariel is tossed into prision, she has no hope of escape. Or perhaps her hopes for freedom lie in the details of her unfortunate capture.

I previously have an older version of this story up on Penana. This is the rewrite, which is much, much better.

Humanity has finally been discovered. It's just too bad that they won't last long in the Space Age. For the Qintarre Hierarchy will stand no rivals, and will do anything to wipe out these newcomers.

Warning: This is a WIP, read at your own risk. I might possibly be switching stuff around. There are little bits here and there that are not finished, however, the story part is completely intact and also unedited.
