Very rarely will you see her take it off because it lets her use her quirk.
Personality-She is pretty snotty at first and acts a lot like Bakugou, but that’s because she looks up to Bakugou. She can be pretty stubborn when it comes down to what she truest believes in. As you get to know her she opens up more. Careful because she will go to extremes to protect her friends and family

As long as she touches her watch or sees a clock she can freeze time. When time is frozen she and 1 or 2 others of her choice can move around. She can only do this for a short period of time before passing out from exhaustion.

She has a rose red full body suit with black gloves and shoes. These are made of a material thats keeps Miyoko’s atoms together; when she freezes time she can risk tearing her body apart. She has a black mask that looks similar to a gas mask, covering her mouth and nose. She still wears her watch with her costume

Looks- hazel brown eyes, within her hazel hair, she wears a subtle formal wear, such as a beige trench-coat over a white overlay of a white turtle neck, She also begins wearing tightly Denim jeans where she fits some white sneakers on such as "mid-autumn" looks, or beginning "spring", then wearing a necklace that wraps around her neck loosely.
But as she turns into her vampire form (After being attacked or approached with danger) her hair begins turning white, as her eyes turn purplish-blue, but her clothing are the same whether she wears her human form clothing.
Personality- she goes off as a subtle cheery attitude of positivism, you can rarely see her ever frown, instead she'll smile from ear to ear, although their may be obstacles, she still imprints the cheerful section of her qualities, others may call her stuck up, but she is a hard-working female trying to go through college without any doubt or negativity.
But as she turns into her vampire form, she gives off a powerful atmosphere or aura, her form is more of a lengthy-aggressive passionate side of her she can never give off in her being form.

Extra- She is a working vampire for example, she goes around fending off others that seem to scare the human race, her title as she was named from the beings as the "White vampire." she keeps her identity as a flesh-born vampire a secret from everyone ever since now-a-days hunters have existed because of the way they began to hunt down, newly-turned vampires. As a secret, she begins seeking out for others, that will mainly attack her, but she works at a present-day daycare orphanage where she helps other kids out, after being left out as a child whilst at a young age.

This is hard as I prefer reading the darker anime but I've chosen a character for a more lighthearted one... The first (and only) one I can think of is lucky star but I haven't seen/read much... If you can think of any good ones then it's up to you but if not go with that I guess...

You said you watched a bit of fairy tail, right? Do you have the basic idea of it because I think your character would fit in. Then again any character fits. (I actually don't watch many light animes and I can't think of anything else off the top of my head)
