nged I was walking to the Literature club's usual meeting place. I was a little bit later than normal, because I was talking to my teacher about a job opportunity at the local zoo. I was almost there, when I saw people from the Police department standing outside of the club room.
"Officer, what happened here? Is everything okay?" I asked.
The police officer looked at me and said.
"There was a murder here. We don't know who did it, or how this happened. But, there are three dead bodies, they should be bringing them out any second."
Just as they did that the Forensics team brought out the first victim, Yuri.
Yuri had several cuts and stab wounds covering her face and arms, her uniform jacket and shirt had been taken off, but nobody would be getting hard any more. one of her breasts was torn off. The other one was badly mutilated. It was covered in cuts from a razor, and there were bite marks, there was a shape carved over her nipple, Two triangles connecting.
The next was Sayori, she fared no better. Her eyes had been gouged out, and her hands had been severed, I asked if these injuries happened while they were alive. Then a detective said they were postmortem. Or after death.
Lastly it was Monika, she didn't go out without a fight. her knuckles were bruised, and she had looked like she had scratched someone, and she drew blood. But her legs were torn off, and her chest was cut open, revealing all of her internal organs, The detective said that they had found a uterus on the floor. It probably belonged to Monika. She also said that they had found a baby doll inside of the uterus. Another detective said that the scene looked like a ritualistic killing. Some sort of marriage or fertility ritual.
I growled...
"Ritualistic my ass, this person was a psychopath. and when I get my hands on him, I'll kill him."
I could feel him coming out, I could feel myself losing control, I needed to get out of there..I needed to go home.
"I'll keep you posted on anything we find." The female detective said.
I nodded, then I walked away, I walked into the bathroom, and I entered a stall. And I unsheathed one of my claws. And I rolled up my sleeve for my jacket.
"Today I add three more scars, for the friends that I have lost today. May the gods have mercy on their killer."
I said scratching Y.S.M or Yuri, Sayori, and Monika.
There were several others. The cuts were done with my teeth, or with a knife. Every time that a pet would die, I'd carve their name into my arm, it started with Pixie, then the others. I had ones for my mom and dad, my siblings, my great Aunt and Uncle.
I walked out of the stall. And I looked into the mirror, My eyes had already turned leonine. People knew about my secret, but the police didn't. I put on a pair of sunglasses, and I walked out of the bathroom. And a member of the literature club was standing outside of the door.
"N-Natsuki, how are you alive?"
Natsuki looked at me.
"Detention. You seem shaken up, what happened?" She said looking at me.
I teared up, and I took a deep breath.
"Do you not see half of the Metro Nashville Police department crowding around the club room. Something happened. Some psycho killed the others."
Natsuki looked shocked.
"Oh god..That's terrible..I should have...I mean they shouldn't have been so cruel, do you need someone to talk to?"
I nodded.
Natsuki told me to follow her. And I did. But something seemed off about her, she looked behind her, not at me, but behind me. She had red stains on her uniform. She said they were just kool aid. She led me into an enclosed garden. She led me to a stone bench. and she told me to sit down.
I sat down and Natsuki left the garden for a second, then she came back with a gift box, She smiled when she handed it to me.
"Open it up."
I opened the box and there was a Plushie of a saber toothed cat, and a box of chocolates.
I picked up the plushie, and I hugged it.
"I made the chocolate for you too. Go ahead and have one."
I opened the box, and there was the usual candies, but there were ones that looked like eyes, blue eyes.
"Those are the best ones, try one." Natsuki said sounding impatient.
I popped one of the candies into my mouth. the chocolate shell tasted good, but the center, it was rubbery, I bit down harder, and it broke, letting out a foul tasting liquid. It tasted like blood. I spat out the center, and out came a human eye. A pale blue eye, I almost vomited when I realized that it was Sayori's eye.
Natsuki looked at it with an emotionless stare. Then she turned to me and smiled insanely.
"I killed them, now...What should I do with you? Will you come willingly, or will I have to force you to come with me." She said before giggling insanely.
I shot her the middle finger and I ran. In fact, I went full cat, full Homotherium Latidens and I ran like hell. People saw me coming, and they got out of the way. I was almost at the main entrance but the police were there. I had to fish hook my way away from them. Then I saw Natsuki, she had a bloody butcher knife in her hand. She looked at me and ran after me. I eventually eventually pounced on a janitor's cart to try and get an advantage.
But eventually I was cornered. She got closer, and I tried to scare her off by roaring. Bur she kept coming closer. When I fully turn, I have Beastial thoughts, The thoughts in my mind were simple, Like I was trying to remember the words.
"can't, kill, need, to find another way, to get her away."
I growled, and I charged at her, fangs bared.
Natsuki stepped out of the way, and she stabbed me in the neck with a needle.
"You can't escape me, even if you turn into that pretty kitty."
