Something about her, the way she moved, limped, I saw everything by the time she fell to her knees. It was too late, she... was gone. I never thought it would come to this, but I was so blind by the fact that she didn't love me that I stopped caring until the clock ran out of time.
I felt tears running down my face, they were cold, sharp, and filled with nothing but anger. My heart never felt so empty before, I thought I would die from this horrid pain I tried to shy away from all my life. It didn't work, though.
Her pity for me stretched across the box like room we were in, and grabbed me from the depths of my sorrows. I felt something, it was covering my eyes. like it could be telling me I was forgiven by her, but then I remembered; everything I did to this fragile little girl, everything I told her wouldn't leave her mind.
I accepted my fate, knowing she would do the exact same thing I did to her. bending down, lips touching my ear, hands over my eyes to explain to me what was coming next without conversation, she kisses my cheek and pushes me. Still to this day I don't know where I ended up, but I know I am far away from harming her anymore. Her parents must be proud of her now, she slayed her demons just like they wanted.
