When a magical storm breaks out in the city of Los Angeles it teleports twins Grace and Will Covington to the magical land of Cerillion, which is full to the brim with magical and dangerous creatures. Some of the creatures are good to be friends with, while others you should stay away from if you value your life. The land of Cerillion is filled with obstacles and challenges. Will the twins be able to get home?

It was a normal Friday afternoon, and twins Grace and Will had just gotten home from school. “Hey Mom. Hey Dad. Guess what, our math teacher gave us two times the amount of homework we usually get because Billy Parker farted in class. I don't get it. Why does he have to punish all of us?” Said Will. “Boys will be boys, I always say,’ said Mrs. Covington. Grace sat down at the kitchen table and took a paper out of her bag. “Hey Dad, can you sign this permission slip for a field trip to the Golden Gate Bridge?” Asked Grace. “Sorry sweetie, but I don’t want you to go, after that shark sighting,” said her dad.

Mrs. Covington was about to start making dinner when a purple lightning bolt hit the street in front of the house. Mrs and Mr Covington went down into the basement and called up for the kids to come down with them. There was no response. Mrs and Mr Covington shared a worried look, and ran up the stairs to find Will and Grace. What they saw when they opened the door was astounding. The room was empty and the children were nowhere to be found.

Grace could feel wind going hundreds of miles per hour, yet she seemed to not be moving at all. Will could hear a roaring noise as loud as a lion screaming through his ears, yet he could still hear sounds coming from his house, way back in Los Angeles. When Will and Grace opened their eyes, they saw a forest that extended past the horizon. Will took a few steps forward and saw something amazing. “Grace, you have to see this!” WIll exclaimed. When Grace stepped forward to stand next to her brother, she too, started staring in awe. What they saw was a small civilization of what appeared to be humans, except with pointy ears and bows strapped to their backs. One of the civilians came running from the village.

“Hello. My name is Isa. I am an elf, and I am one of the inhabitants of the magical land Cirillion,” Says Isa. “Hi, I'm Grace and this is my brother Will,” Says Grace. “I’m not sure we should be telling them this much information,” says Will with a worried look on his face. “Don’t worry,” Said Isa, ‘Your information is safe with me. I would like you to meet my older brother, Cirdan.” Isa and the twins walk over to another elf who is shooting very sharp arrows into a tree trunk. “Hello. My name is Cirdan. I assume you have met my little sis, Isa.” Says Cirdan. “Yes, we have,” says Will.

“Grace, how do you think we got here, and even more importantly, how do you think we get back?” Will asked his twin. ‘Grace?” Will, Isa, and Cirdan look around. Grace is nowhere to be found. “Go, find your sister. Use the power of love and friendship to lead you,” Said Isa. Will nodded and ran into the forest, following a trail of shoeprints that matched Grace’s.

Will ran frantically, searching for any sign of Grace, but could not find anything. After an hour of searching he sat down on a tree stump, discouraged that he had not found his twin. He looked up at the setting sun and saw a flash of green, red and white go through the trees. Seeing that there was still life in the forest gave him hope, so he got up and kept searching. Soon enough, he saw a piece of fabric. The fabric was bright and colorful, so it stood out from the dull forest floor. Will went over and picked it up. ‘This fabric is from Grace’s shirt’ he thought. ‘I must be getting close,’ Only a few seconds later did he hear a shout. “Ahhh!” The voice shouted. “Will! Come help me!”

“Grace!” Will yelled out into the trees. “I’m coming,” Will dashed into the forest in the direction of Grace’s voice. In a matter of minutes, Will burst out of the trees and came face to face with a huge, ginormous, “DRAGON!!” Will screamed. ‘Okay, Will. What do you know about dragons? Uhhh, they can fly, they have big teeth and they can shoot fire out of their mouths. Great!” Will looked around and spotted Grace on the other side of the clearing. Will took a deep breath and ran. Under the dragons front legs, around the back legs, and jumped over the tail. “BOO YAH!” Will said.

“Grace, are you okay? What happened?” Asked Will. “I’m fine. I saw a flash of light in the forest, so when you were talking to Cirdan and Isa I snuck away. I hope you are not mad,” Said Grace “Of course I'm not mad. I was just so worried about you.” Said Will. The twins looked up to face the challenge of the dragon, only to find that during their touching brother sister reunion, the dragon set all the trees that were surrounding the clearing on fire!

“Oops. That was my fault!” Said the dragon. “Wait, you can talk?” asked Grace. “Of course I can talk. The name’s Firepuff. All my imaginary friends said I am smart, but the one real friend I had said I am the dumbest dragon he had ever met. So I set him on fire. I didn't mean to, though,” Said Firepuff. “Oh you poor thing! We will be your friends,” Said Grace. Wills head shot up. “Say who what now?” Exclaimed Will. “Oh thank you, thank you so much. After my only friend got burned to a crisp, I haven’t had another real friend,” Said Firepuff “Come on, hop on my back and I will get you out of this burning forest.” The twins hopped on Firepuffs back and off they flew, back to Firepuffs cave.

When they arrived, they saw two dragons sneaking out of Firepuff’s cave with large cloth bags strapped to their backs. Firepuff hung his head as the twins slid off of his back and sulked past the two dragons. “Why did you not try and stop those dragons? They were obviously stealing from your cave,” Will fumed. “Oh, you never should talk to those dragons. Their names are Mara and Nuri, the biggest bullies in central Cerillion.” Firepuff grumbled.“Well I think that was stupid. You should not let other dragons push you around like that ,” Countered Will. “But i’m scared. I don’t want to get burnt.” Firepuff said sadly. Firepuff walked into his cave, his head drooping.
