!Warning: Fighting, alcohol!
{~’Life= Happy, loving, carefree’~}
Today I’d be taking little Max to the liquor shop. It wouldn’t be his first time. He’s used to the smell of alcohol and wine, making his nose tingle.
Max is 6, with brown fluffy hair and loving green eyes. He’s small, but his personality is fiery and strong. I’m his older brother, brown hair, brown eyes, ugly.
I wish I could be like Maxi. I wanna be carefree like him, innocent, and know nothing bad in the world. I mean, at least, what I see him like.
He’s been through real shit. I mean it. Mom, dad, dad, mom, you name it. He doesn’t like them, and he makes sure I know that. He crawls into my damn room in the night to cry that ‘mommy’ and ‘daddy’ were fighting, but that’s alright. He’s just little.
We made it to the liquor store and walked inside. We lived in a small neighborhood, so nobody cared how old we were to drink. I gave my money to the cashier, and I got my signature bottle of beer.
We walked out and went down the road, to the river where me and Max hung out once in a while. I sat by him, and he dipped his toes in the water, squealing at how cold it was. I smiled and took a large slug of my bottle.
Maxi didn’t like how I drank like mom and dad, but I didn’t wanna stop. I looked at him and smiled, letting him take the bottle. He sniffed it and his face scrunched up. I chuckled and reassured him as he took a sip of it. He looked like it tasted bad, but he turned to me after a while and giggled.
Just like his family; Mommy, daddy, big bro.
