Laura and Lauren Daniels may seem like two ordinary identical twins. They have the same dark brown hair and the same warm brown eyes, but they're hiding a family secret: they're werewolves!
The twins and their parents hunt only animals in the forest of their backyard, and mostly keep to themselves and aren't involved in pack life, content with acting like normal human beings. Other than that, Laura and Lauren appear just like two regular teenage girls in high school, surrounded with a crazy group of "anti-normal" friends, and regular boy crushes—just like every other teenager their age. Laura finds herself secretly drawn to the new student, Matthew Jenkins, despite is brashness, quiet and brooding personality. He's cute enough, but Laura isn't into boys, let alone any of the boys at her school.
But when their town is threatened by a group of vampires hell-bent on revenge over some bad feud over blood that occurred many years ago with Mr. and Mrs. Daniels and their grandparents, and pretty soon the Daniels find themselves in trouble and they look for help in the pack they were never truly a part of.

ABOUT THIS STORY:
This story involves werewolves, witches, vampires and the like, but mostly centers around vampires & werewolves. It will also include romance and action in it!

[Only when Were's are in their wolf form are they truly able to find/connect with their Mates. When they bite their supposed "mates," a link forms between them and that's when it is finally realized that they have found what many people would consider their "mate for life."
ALSO: the word "soulmate" is never mentioned in the story - because it's ridiculously overused and cliché so I decided to find another word to use. RAISE YOUR HAND IF YOU AGREE! ;)
At first, usually the 'wolves are first attracted to each other's scent/aroma/pheromones, which is one sign to indicate a 'wolf's Life Mate. ]
BTW:This isn't going to be a story where the males are overtly possessive, bossy, and clingy—for some reason that has always annoyed me when I read it in other stories, so it's not gonna really happen much in here. Protective is the adjective I'd use... I mean, think about it: everyone is protective over the people they love and care for—boy/girlfriends & family members included :P
This will be an action/drama love story - strictly PG! No love scenes or anything like that. Sorry!
But overall, this story is rated PG-13 because there's going to be violence, fighting, some gruesome imagery, and (sometimes dark) emotional content in here. Blood will definitely be involved, just in case the title didn't give it away :P This is going to be an ORIGINAL of the story I wrote down on paper back in MIDDLE SCHOOL, so this won’t be a bestselling novel or anything! I’m going to retype it first, get everything I’ve written down on a word document (and on here), then go back and edit & change it into something with a decent writing style and better plot, with dialogue and descriptions that DON’T make you cringe and want to run away. Because that’s what this story is going to be like! I figured I should warn you!
THIS STORY is a Rough Draft from my early writing days! This is one of my first attempts at story writing, so put this down in the history book of Tessa and her slow-going writing journey! X-P 😅👏👏
