The food was so incredible that Gorge could not fully comprehend the true flavor of it. It was overall savory, but with a mix of subtler notes that made it indescribable. He could tell there was something... unnatural about the way it was cooked. After eating, Gorge snuck into the kitchen to see how the food had been prepared. What he saw, he could not understand.
"What the..." he breathed.
He looked up at the ceiling to see green flames falling to the ground, and vanishing on impact. Catching the flames with strange ladles and depositing them under pots, replenishing them when they went out, were strange creatures like dog- headed men with the hooves of goats.
