"There's more than what meets the eye." That's our moto of the school and I like it because it tells that everyone is unique, different and should respect that. Not to mention that is exactly how also the school represents. At first glance it appears normal to all passerby's but when taking a longer look you'll notice it from across the street that it's different.
We learn here not only basics from this world but other worlds, how to handle time, take responsibilities and above all collect experiences. Every teacher reminds us to learn in our own accord because one's own experience is the best lesson, it remains the longest in our minds. Hence they give us all the material and the direction but the rest needs to be done by ourselves.
My class holds about 20, myself included and everyone has a different story or history to tell, along their aspects in life, what spells they can conjure and/or what powers in possession. Well, I can conjure spells like a wizard but I don't want to become one. My class come also in different ages, the oldest is turning in December 34 and the youngest is 19. I'm amongst the younger ones (22) but get along with everyone just fine. Ok, except one or two guys. I guess you know the drill; they think the multiverse spinns around them and everything they do is perfect; not.
Let me introduce to you the teachers before those guys fire me really up. There's Ms. Pendal she's our classteacher, teacher of botany and anatomy, a stern teacher with rosy cheeks and likes the colour violet like crazy. She's a human like me who can see magic and other things. She teaches us what sort of plants there are, what purpose they can be used and where to find and anatomy of our own kind. She never gives us homework but hints to what we should learn and try. We pupils can decide if we want to work in groups or alone. Therefore twice in a month we have a test going through everything she taught us in those frequent two weeks and shortly before a vacation she gives us an exam about the whole material we went through. Stern and annoying but effective is what I see in it.519Please respect copyright.PENANANhhd89JJu3
Then there's Mr. Van Der Steen he's a vampire besides a teacher of history and creatures and the oldest of all (obviously with the age 500) teachers. He is actually a strong silent type of person with piercing eyes and narrowed eyebrows that gives him an angered air and always elegantly dressed in dark colours. Many pupils are either scared of him or attracted, one guess which one are attracted to him? I'm neither, I know he would do no harm as long there is respect and how he tells the stories are intriguing. Yes, he doesn't teach us but tell and show us history in form of stories. Most of them he experienced in person. He never gives us tests or homework as a fact. Therefore he expects us to pay attention in his class and how to respect and behave. He is at a few things old-fashioned but I guess that's how it is with vamps. Outside of school I met him a few times on the street and he is easy-going with a friendly grin; as if wearing two masks but one thing sticks with him is the language. His English is proper and clear but when responding a positive answer he always says "Ja" from the Dutch language.519Please respect copyright.PENANA7InmIQI2pY
Miss Inushida is our youngest teacher (25 years old) and the only one from Japan. She teaches us about languages, multiverse (similar like geography) and cultures. She is about as stern as Ms. Pendal with the tests but offers us in every lesson tea to share and what lovely tea to enjoy! Especially during the cold seasons but in summer I stick with cool water. She has very long straight jet black hair that are mostly tied to a long braid or bun and wears most of the time a kimono. In class it's cool with her and most of the guys are attracted to her looks. She knows many languages and is always there to help and provide us helpful tips to learn. She expects us to learn on our own in the books and if we have a question we should ask. Sometimes she's been our extra math teacher if Mr. Gallen was ill or away during a test of his or lesson.519Please respect copyright.PENANA9MqlmVRy2b
Mr. Gallen may sound German or Swiss but he is from another world and not even human but likes to think he is one and tries to appear like one too with using appearance spells. He is over 200 years old and teaches us math basics up to special ones that we pupils will need in certain worlds or when producing a spell. He tries to teach like the other boring teachers from my world with a limited logic and the only one who gives us homework besides tests. Many pupils and teachers dislike him, especially for trying to be a human. Miss Inushida thinks it is to run away from his past as I once asked out of curiosity as Mr. Gallen was away.519Please respect copyright.PENANA6a7yus9tZi
Well, that's my school that I visit from Monday to Friday 10:30 till 12:30 with an hour lunch break 01:30 to earliest 03:30pm and latest till 05:30pm.
If I need extra help on a certain work, every teacher is there to help. Ms. Pendal will suggest a meeting early in the morning before class starts, Miss Inushida and Mr. Gallen suggest right after school and naturally Mr. Van Der Steen likes to help during late hours. As a matter of fact, we never have a lesson with him in the morning always in the afternoon.
Why the school's named Stranzi? I have no idea but it does sound close like the word 'strange' and it is in a way but I like it.
Everyone thinks I do the usual stuff as an apprentice but they have no idea what I'm really learning and plan to become in profession.519Please respect copyright.PENANAguQ6LVutMq
