Margret is spelt this way on purpose.
I want to go back... I want to go back to those days... I want to go back to those happy and cheerful days of where nothing went wrong and where I truly belonged. My name is Margret Lawrence, and this is my story.
People say Christmas is the season to be jolly however have they ever questioned what made it so successful and enjoyable for those who believe in it.
‘NO’ is the answer.
People in particular children; do not quite understand how hard it is to provide them with what they need and back in those peaceful days, the children that I gave presents to were always respectful and reasonable kids who always left their cookies and milk for ‘Santa’ to eat and drink when he delivered their presents. However, I gave them the presents instead due to Santa retiring to a quieter role. I want to go back.
I was the chief distributor of presents, so I was in charge of getting the children the presents and also giving Santa the list of those who were on the good or bad list. I was the only other human there apart from Santa and the people who worked with me with the presents were adorable 1 foot elves who were called Sylvie (the sly one), Ellen (the self-proclaimed greatest elf), Joyce (the joy of the place and the person who makes you have a smile on your face), Bridget (someone who has a split personality and can be either graceful or disrespectful), Kit (the cat-loving elf) and my personal favourite Ruby (the one who stands out the most out of all). I want to go back.500Please respect copyright.PENANAvBg1pwRLEB
‘’Grandma?’’
‘’Wake up Grandma because it’s snowing!’’
Vickie, Katherine and David (my three grandchildren) woke me up at 6 o’clock on that Saturday morning because, for the first time in 4 years, snow had arrived in Bournemouth. As they forced me out of my bed, they were talking excitedly about what they would like to do such as a snowball competition, a snowman building contest, and an igloo building tournament with their friends that live near our street.
‘’Leave your Grandma alone this instant and let her rest!’’ shouted my daughter Mary at the children.
‘’If you want to think about going to play with your friends, you better finish all your homework and double-check it!’’ finished my son in law Ken.
As the children reluctantly left my room, I thought back to the last time I was with Santa. He was instructing me on who to deliver a present too and why the person deserved to get a present. I then costly argued with Santa that the particular person did not have a good record and the person had done something terrible in the past. I want to go back.500Please respect copyright.PENANA2jHL8VMdHr
