Kings and Queens. Nobility and grace creates the two names. For normal humans, they are almost no more, because the monarchy has been turning into the rule of governments or presidents. There are types of Kings and Queens that you cannot erase. They are what you would call angels. Though they have not ever shown their face to mankind for more than a millennia.
Heaven exists. Heaven is a word that humans use for a holy place up above the sky, but in reality it’s called Queendome. It is not a spiritual place that could only be viewed by the dead, but it is actually a small planet the size of the moon orbiting our planet. How in the world could the human’s miss that with their satellites and they telescopes?
The Cypilor is the one protecting Queendome from the humans. It is an aura, a shield, and the life force of all Kings and Queens living up on.
Upon Queendome, was the castle of Pure. A castle that looked as if it came out of a fairytale itself. In this castle was a garden, and this garden had a perfectly circle pond. In the middle of this large pond, or mini lake, was a small white boat. There was a woman sitting upon it.
She had long, fluffy brown hair that reached down to her lower back, with a golden crown with a cream colored heart gem that looked as if it was fading away into smoke that rested upon her head. Her eyes were bright yellow with wisps of dark gold smoke circling around her pupil, magical indeed. A white silk tee was her inner, and a light yellow cardigan with brown furry trims covered over it. Last to add on her outfit were light denim shorts and sandals.
She was staring up into the sky, her gaze directed at the two large dots that adorned it. The Earth and the Moon.
A cute voice was heard, “Mother!” This caused the woman to look behind her.257Please respect copyright.PENANATLgNmXL7LC
Floating, a little girl was making her way towards her. She was walking softly on hair, with brown clouds floating around her legs. This little girl’s name is David. Why did her mother name her with a boy’s name? She didn’t know.
Brown short hair curled around her chin, and sparkled as if yellow glitter had been dumped on it. Honey colored eyes with white wisps of smoke rotated around her pupil. She wore copper teardrop earings, surrounding a glass sphere that contained clouds. A fluffy, white, sleeveless blouse, furry shorts, and white sandals covered her frame.
David is a Godling. Godlings are gods or goddesses to be. Normally, Gods cannot bring forth offspring’s, but the lady Raya had made it an exception for her sister: Kuntre, the Goddess of Air. David is Kuntre’s daughter and apprentice. She was four thousand years old. In human years that was ten.
“Mother!” David said smiling bright as she landed shakily on the boat, “Did you see that, mother?” she sat down on the white plush covered floor, and yelled excitedly, “I floated over the water!”
Kuntre smiled and motioned for her daughter to come closer, “Yes, I saw you.” David obediently followed her orders and sat down on her mother’s lap.257Please respect copyright.PENANAJjpBKW7Oau
Curiously, David asked her mother a question, “Mother, you once said that I had cousins… where are they now?”
Frowning, Kuntre wrapped her arms around her daughter, “That is a question to behold.” Her daughter was ever so wonderful, “Well, allow me to inform you about your aunts and your uncle. You have have two aunts and one uncle. I am the third oldest, “she said making the number three with her fingers, “The eldest is Raya.”
Shocked, David jumped out of her mother’s lap to sit on the other end of the boat, “Your big sister is Raya, the Mother of All!? If she was your big sister then how were you made? “She inquired facing her mother eye to eye. Kuntre paused in her story and started to laugh, “Why are you laughing!?” David asked pouting.
Laughs turned into giggles until they stopped, “Well, I had always expected that you would ask this question, but I didn’t know that you would be so shocked.” After she had stopped another round of giggling, she continued her story, “Have I ever told you how the universe was created?”
David shook her head, “No, not really.”
“It was your grandfather who created everything in this world, the mighty Titan!” David snickered when her mother mentioned the word ‘mighty’, “Oh hush now, dear, he is very mighty. HE was the first being to have ever lived, in fact he was the one who started what the human’s call ‘The Big Bang’. It wasn’t a bang though. It was more like sparkles floating everywhere slowly as if it was in slow motion. It was what my big sister said.”
“Aunt Raya was there?” David asked. Yet another question from her ever so curious daughter.257Please respect copyright.PENANAEcREIiKUe5
Kuntre shook her head, “Nope. My father was lonely, and this was to be sure of since he was literally the only person in the whole world. Using pieces of his body called Birds he created my big sister, and used a piece of his soul to give her a personality. So in a way Raya was his daughter. In the dark space of the world Titan created a small planet that was just enough for his daughter and him.”
David grinned, “That is so cool. I come from a very awesome family, don’t I mother?”
“Awesome is the right word to use, my little one!” Kuntre laughed and continued her story, “My big sister was so tiny then…” she waved her arms to form an invisible circle in the air, and after one second of waiting a multi colored smoke image appeared. A picture of a small infant covered in vines and leaves was shown, “Since she was the first born she was granted an amazing power; the ability to create planets of her own. This was only a small fraction of his power.”
“The Lady Raya is a small TINY fraction!?” David yelled surprised, “How powerful is Lord Titan!?”
Kuntre patted her daughter’s head, “Yeah, Titan is very powerful. Though sister Raya was only able to create two small planets, your grandfather created more than a thousand billions!” she said waving her hand over the sky, causing a strong breeze to blow the clouds away to show the beautiful galaxy. Unlike Earth, the Queendome did not have an atmosphere to keep the people from seeing space in the morning, only the Cypilor.
“I want to hear more about aunt Raya.” David demanded as she tugged her mother’s sleeve.
“As the first born, my big sister was granted the powers of being able to access to our father’s memories and skills by concentrating on the Birds that she touches. This is how she is able to become as wise and powerful.” Kuntre made the colored smoke form a picture of a young girl playing with the flying white shards of Birds.
David started at the image in awe until she asked another question, “Mother, why are they called Birds? If it really is part of Lord Titan’s soul and body doesn’t it make it his Cypilor? A Cypilor is a manifestation of one’s aura, or his soul.”
“Good question. Yes, it is indeed his Cypilor. The difference between the Cypilor and Birds is that a Bird is a different kind of Cypilor. It is crystalized, or densified.”257Please respect copyright.PENANATK7sNq7uu6
David’s eyes widened at the thought, “B-but… that would mean that… I mean I-“she paused for a moment to calculate the numbers in her head, “If it really is densified beyond its capability then that means it is unstable… But that also means that one small shard of Birds has the power to keep all of the human’s machines running for more than a thousand years!”
“Yup. I don’t know the exact number of Birds there are in the world that your grandfather created after he died, because it’s impossible, even for me.” She pointed at the sky, “Look, David. How many stars and planets can you see?” the Goddess asked.
Focusing her Cypilor to gather in her eyes to enhance her vision, David focused, “I… I can’t count all of them.”
Kuntre nodded, “See? There are just too many Birds in the world for us to count… but I learned a trick from my big sister, Halun.” She closed her eyes and held her hands above her head, her palms facing the sky. The concentrated power around her palms caused a breeze to form around her body. A strong burst of air sounded, creating a loud boom.
David yelped and covered her ears, awaiting for the current of air to pass. After a few seconds it finally stopped. She looked at her mother who was staring at the cloudless patch of sky.
“Did you see that, David?” Kuntre asked her daughter.
Calming her breaths, David placed her hand on her chest, “How could I not?” she shook her head to get rid of the dizziness, “What was that?”
Pointing her finger at her daughter’s face, a small trace of air tickled David’s nose, “That, my dear, is a trick my big sister Halun created called Lustrum. To use this trick you must concentrate you Cypilor into one area of your body and release them.” Kuntre held up her finger, smoke floated away from its tip, “It’s like how you do your Morfi.” A Morfi is a style a Goddess or God uses, “Or a flick with your fingers.”
“So what does the Lustrum do?”
“When you use the lustrum you are releasing your cypilor. Your cypilor is technically a part of your body, whatever it touches you would feel it. So it’s basically a strong sensing Ipsum.” An ipsum is a technique.
“So what did you sense?”
“I sensed 96,093,502,043 planets and stars.”
“You sensed that much!? That would require a large amount of energy that would be enough to kill a normal Queen!” David gazed up at her mother with admiration, “You are truly one of the most powerful Goddesses to ever live! Someday I will surpass you and earn the title of the Air Goddess. I will be the one who will be sitting on that golden throne, and I it’ll be I to wear your shiny crown!”
Pride filled her chest at her daughter’s declaration, “I’m quite sure that you would surpass me.” David grinned brightly at her statement, “But I think it would take more than a couple of thousand millennia… or possibly more than a billion years.”
Pouting, David crossed her arms, “Just you wait, mother, it will take me less than fifty centuries.” She huffed and wobbly floated away from the boat, forgetting about her first question; “Where are my cousins?”
Kuntre smiled softly as she watched her daughter float away. It has been four thousand years since her big sister Raya has allowed her to create an offspring. She has grown so much. Thoughts of Raya made her frown, for it reminded her of the Goddesses’ weakened state. Creating a God took a toll on Raya. Kuntre would’ve loved to get two or three children, but asking more of her big sister was not right.257Please respect copyright.PENANAT4nXQED14Z
She concentrated the air to slowly push the boat ashore. As the wind slowly pushed the boat, she kept on thinking. How were her siblings? Kuntre has not seen them since Raya had given them their heirs, and she was wondering how they were doing.
The moon is a very small thing. Two times smaller than the Earth and the same size as Queendome. Size did not matter for Halun. Halun did not really like people. She was very anti-social, but she did have monophobia. Funny, isn’t it? A person who disliked crowds or people themselves was afraid of being alone.
To the humans, the moon only looks rocky and dusty. That is very true, but that is what it only looks and feels like to their senses. In a small area was a white pearly palace. It was smaller than most, but it was still enough to be called amazing. There are many records on Earth about strange structures on the moon, and most of the humans think of it as alien bases. How wrong they were.
Queendome was bright and cheery, but the Moon was dark and lonely. A large dome surrounded the palace to hide it from the eyes of the humans. Inside the dome was a large body of water and few specks of land. Hundreds of mini islands were scattered around the water. The liquid was dark blue but very clean, and beneath it were hundreds of water beings made from Raya herself. The islands were covered with dark healthy green grass and purple blue flowered littered the area. Trees you would normally see in a bog moved in the breeze.
Standing on the water was a woman. She had straight, short hair that reached just above her chin, and it was styled as if she had just gotten out of bed. Her eyes were lily white, with a soft cream look and the shape of a cat’s. Her eyes would’ve looked very pretty if it were not for the heavy bags beneath it.
Soft pale skin was covered by the thin layers of clothing. A silk white turtle neck with sleeves long enough to go pass her wrists was over her body. This turtle neck was made into a dress that reached below her hips. This was not enough to cover her form, for plain dark blue pants covered her legs, reaching all the way to her ankles. Silk gloves covered her hands, and white socks covered her feet.
A thread silver necklace that held a round shaped titanium, containing crushed sapphire dust, and one sapphire teardrop earring were her only accessories.257Please respect copyright.PENANADlgtm07lWx
Her sock covered feet were touching the water’s surface as the fish below circled beneath her, “Next you should learn is Vitrum. Allow me to demonstrate.” She held out both of her hands and cupped them. Water appeared from the air, slowly forming into a white crystal ball. Holding it with two of her fingers, she showed it to the person in front of her.
It was a young girl. The total replica of Halun. She would’ve been a complete clone if it were not for her long wavy hair that reached below her shoulders. On top of her head was an iron tiara that held a small glass sphere that, like her mother’s, contained crushed sapphire powder.
She wore a white tank top and a dark blue cardigan over it. Denim shorts and white flats finished her outfit. Her name is Filia, daughter of Halun and heir to her powers. She was four thousand years old, in human years she was ten.
“What do you think this is?” Halun asked, holding out the white sphere.
Filia answered, “Vitrum. An ipsum where you absorb the water’s power and replace it with your own cypilor, turning it into a lesser replica of crystalized birds.”
Halun brought her hand forward, causing the white sphere to float towards her daughter, “Yes. Look closer and tell me what you see.” She crossed her arms and stared at her daughter, awaiting her reply.
Filia held out her hands and waited for the pearl like crystal to fall upon her palms. Looking closer, she realized that the surface was not at all smooth. The sphere was decorated with small carvings of a wavy sea and fishes on its waters. Filia enhanced her vision, zooming onto the small dot upon its surface, finding it to be a basket with a small child inside. The carvings were so intricate.
“Now,” her mother said, “I want you to make a vitrum.” She waved her hand. The water beneath her formed a chair, and using the vitrum technique, she turned it solid for her to sit on. It was now a pearly white throne.
Obeying, Filia cupped the water beneath her with her hands. Unlike her mother, she did not know how to take water from the air. Filia absorbed the water’s power, and after a few minutes of difficulty, she managed to accomplish it. It turned into a soft muddy rock. She focused on inserting her cypilor in the rock, which was easier than absorbing its power. It took her another minute or three to make sure that there was enough cypilor inside the soft rock, and then after a few seconds, it slowly turned into a black crystal object.
Filia frowned when she realized her failure, and turned to her mother to show her the black crystal, “Mother, what am I doing wrong?” she asked.
Halun taunted her fingers. The crystal came towards her and landed softly in her hand. She raised her eyebrow at Filia, “My dear, are you quite sure that you have taken all of its power?”
Chin up, chest out, stomach in, and standing straight, Filia nodded, “Of course mother. I would never do anything without proper preparation, just as you’ve taught me.”
The moon Goddess stood up from her chair, “How interesting… Filia, I will take this to my study and have it examined.” She turned to walk to the pearl castle, and without turning to her daughter, she said, “It is possible that you have made a mistake and created this black crystal, but that scenario does not seem so possible. I have made many mistakes with the ipsum vitrum and all of them had either disintegrated into dust or disappeared into a vortex.”
Filia hurried to walk beside her mother, “You have never told me about your experiences, mother.”
A bit surprised, Halun glanced at her daughter, “Is that so?” they reached land and made their way through the open gates, “I would gladly elaborate my past to my daughter, but currently I will use the time to study this… it could possibly be a new ipsum.” Another wave with her hand made water appear, slowly covering her body, making her disappear.
Turning around, Filia walked out of the castle gates to sit near the water, and watched as the fish crowded near her feet. She hugged her legs and rested her chin on her knees.
Her mother was quite strange, she thought. The Goddess Halun hated being around people, especially when it came to large crowds, but even though she despised company she was afraid of being alone. Her mother loved to learn and collect new information but she hated learning about the news or events in Queendome and Earth. She treated things as a distraction and concentrated on her work.
She laughed, her mother was strange indeed. Filia leaned back to lie on the grass and stared at the star covered sky. Family. She always wondered how her cousins, aunts, and uncle was doing, even though she has never met any of them. Filia was always curious about things. A trait she had probably inherited from her mother.
Filia shook her head and knelt over the lake. She stared at her reflection. What was she wearing? At least she showed some skin, unlike her mother. Now that she thought about it, the only patch of skin she saw of her mother was her face. She had never once seen her hands and even her feet. Made her wonder the reason why.
Looking at the fish, she decided to ask the creature, “Do you know why?” the pretty white koi continued to swim in circles, “I bet you don’t, I mean, you’re a fish...” when she dipped her hand into the water the fish decided to nip on her fingers, “That tickles! Wanna play?” she laughed and dipped half of her body into the water, trying to catch the koi.
Back in her study, Halun had discovered that the rock contained that same properties and appearance as that of a black pearl. A black pearl was more beautiful and rare than a white pearl. She smiled, she could tell that her daughter would surpass her in the near future, but the girl would always say: “I could never measure up to you, honorable mother…” that girl was too modest. Or perhaps she thought too little of herself and too much of Halun.
The Goddess yawned. She hadn’t slept for over a week. Queens, Kings, Gods, and Goddesses don’t usually sleep, but they still need it. They could stand five days without sleep before they start yawning, but she was an exception. When Halun was made it was during the hours of the night, and thus made her gain insomnia. Halun never really liked sleeping in the first play anyways. Unless of course it had something to do with daydreaming.
Standing from her desk, she placed the black pearl inside a glass jar and laved it with: “Filia’s first Vitrum.” She smiled and used the ipsum Opou, a trick that made water cover her body like a second skin and convert your body into cypilor fragments. By becoming cypilor you would be able to travel faster than electricity to the place that you wish. For now, she used the opou to transport herself into her closet.
The closet was not used for clothes or shoes. It was a huge room dedicated only for her mementos, reminders, and memories. It was divided into sections with shelves everywhere. It almost resembled a library, because it did have some books yes, but mostly it held pictures and miscellaneous items. Jar in hand, she placed it in her most favorite section: The Filia Section. Gently placing it on an empty shelf, she conjured a pen and wrote the date. Her daughter didn’t know about this place, and she planned to keep it that way for another twenty centuries.
Halun smiled. She loves preserving memories and things as much as she loved accurate theories and facts. After a while she frowned. Speaking of memories, she went to her own section: Childhood Memories. It contained memories of when she was still innocently training to be a Goddess with her brother and sisters.
On the shelf was a box filled with different kinds of paint. Intentionally, she dropped the box and allowed the paint to scatter. The colored liquid floated into the air to form a picture.
There were four children sitting on a comet made by Titan.
The girl that seemed to be the oldest, had beautiful hair that came in all the shades of the Earth and reaching down her knees. Her eyes were a mixture of the sky’s hues. Her skin as a light brown with yellow creamed streaks sliding down her body like vines. Around her wrist was an emerald bracelet. The only thing she wore was her long hair that wrapped around her delicate body.
A smile made its way to Halun’s lips. To think that such a powerful being was once a delicate little girl. The Godling that she had focused on the photo was the Goddess Raya. Back then, she was the only person that she was comfortable talking to.
Sitting right next to Raya was herself. Halun was quite different back them; loud and hyper. She was always ready to do things that did not include learning. She was only two centuries younger than Raya. To be honest, Halun was not happy to speak about her days as a hyperactive child.
After her was her younger sister Kuntre. She was three centuries younger than Halun and was always so competitive. Halun raised a brow, Kuntre always seemed to hold a grudge against her. Maybe it had something to do with her teasing when they were younger. She shook her head, maybe not. If she did hold a grudge it would probably be long gone, because it has been more than a billion millennia since then.
A toddler boy sat right next to Kuntre. He had bright, blonde, American hair that reached down his shoulders that made a poof like a French. Brown Australian eyes that was as sharp as a Spaniard’s, skin soft and white like an Asian, and quite tall for his age like a European.
The boy in the picture was Ureko, the God of Humans. Where was he now, she wondered. The last time she saw him was when they were receiving their heirs, and at that time they were having difficulty.
At that time they had found out that Raya was turning ill. They asked why, but she refused to tell us anything. She said that she was able to handle everything on her own, but after bugging her for the whole time she finally gave in.
The beings that Ureko had created were destroying her creation, and thus destroying her. At that time, Ureko was still a young adult, and had many negative emotions. He got mad at his eldest sister, because he thought that his humans would never do something that bad and if they did it would end after a while.
I yelled at him, saying, “You care more for your humans than you do for your big sister?!” My black eyes swirled with anger.
With light bursting through his fists, he argued, “I would rather my humans than some sister who had all of father’s attention!” after this he cast an ipsum on Raya that bound her to one place, and because of her illness she was unable to resist.
Halun had not seen her siblings ever since.
Come to think of it, Filia didn’t have any siblings and her only company were the fishes that living on the moon. Halun twitched at that. Perhaps it was time for her daughter to meet someone new. It would be completely preposterous if she had started talking to the fishes as if they were friends.
Halun used opou and transported to where she thought her daughter would be, and when she arrived she was met with the sight of her daughter playing with the fishes.
Yes indeed.
“Come back here, koi!” Filia yelled, she was holding a fish in her arms above the water. It jumped and slapped her in the face with its fin. Filia yelped as the fish was able to escape back into the water, “I’ll get you for that! Let’s see if you like being slapped in the face with a fishtail!”
The Moon Goddess brought her hand to her mouth, “Ahem.”
Filia jumped and turned around to see her mother standing with her arms crossed as usual, “Yes, mother?” she dried her clothes using a bit of her power and stood firmly.
Halun brushed imaginary dirt from her sleeve and said, “Pack your things, dear.”
Confused, Filia walked out of the water, “Why?”
“We are going to go on a trip. It’s about time that you have met someone other than the fishes and myself.”
With her eyes sparkling, Filia jumped in the air with joy, “Yay!” it seemed that she had inherited her personality from when she was young, but has managed to stop it because of Halun’s training. Filia ran to the castle.
The castle may be smaller than the one in Queendome, but it didn’t mean that it was tiny. It was still huge enough for someone to get lost in it. Filia had already memorized the labyrinth. She recalled her mother teaching her, “It doesn’t matter how good you are at doing something if you can’t remember it. Memory is the most important thing in the human body.”
With a grin on her face Filia jumped through the halls with joy. She was finally going to be able to meet someone other than her mother.
The two of them did not leave for their journey until Filia was able to master her new vitrum. It was a way to motivate Filia into perfecting it.257Please respect copyright.PENANAIBpMX3Qfcl
