Before we begin this story, let's take a look at what we have so we don't forget it.
As we all know, the woman known as Saba Adinew Mekonnen was the mother of Milorad (who famously changed his name to Rory LeSouse Rowes to protest his father's death at the hands of the communists) and Evgenia (who tried to convince feminists that it was better to fight for the rights of other people instead of just themselves). Saba's descendants are the most well-known, largely because of her youngest grandson Seamus LeSouse Rowes and his only son Sean Michael Rowes. (The latter should no doubt be familiar to you.)
Yet, we don't know very much about Saba herself, as she had been buried under a huge pile of history, as many people are when these things happen. But thanks to a kind-hearted man by the name of Garrett Summersby, I now have a semblance of who the woman known as Saba is and what she contributed to the story of the Deadly Beauties.
