There's a lot of debate around the death penalty. Many call it immoral, cruel, and say the government should not be allowed to take away one's life when the Constitution mentions the rights to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.805Please respect copyright.PENANAIDXS23fmRJ
Well, if that's the case does that mean I can go around stabbing people because it makes me happy? In the cases of torture and murder did that not take away someone's right to live?805Please respect copyright.PENANAdCyB96B4wD
The death penalty is more humane that it ever has been. Think of it like euthanizing an animal, it's over quickly. There are places, and times when the death penalty has been much crueler. I'm not saying to have the ones on Death Row subject to some of the tortures from the old days-though maybe that would scare them enough to discourage crime. 805Please respect copyright.PENANAm38QoQ089b
You can only give someone so many life sentences, especially these people who get consecutive life sentences. So, does that mean they have to be reincarnated and the second they are reincarnated they get arrested and thrown back in jail? Because that's the closest I can come to making any sense of it, and that doesn't even have much logic behind it.805Please respect copyright.PENANAmUeNh46Lf2
I'm not saying every criminal needs to die, I just have a long list of crimes they need to inflict the death penalty for. The United States Judicial system is a laughing stock. We don't punish criminals, we put them in a jail where taxpayers cash out their money to feed, clothe, and give luxuries to people who have committed crimes. The death penalty being imposed for harsh crimes like rape (and I'm not talking statutory rape because they couldn't wait six months for the other to be of legal age), murder, torture, child abuse, and animal abuse.805Please respect copyright.PENANAU6Xfi0jQer
I'm just advocating the death penalty. I'm not saying put child abusers through the same torture they put the children through, or animal abusers through the same abuse they put the animals through. Would I love to see it happen? Yes, but that's a different story and a long rant that we won't discuss.805Please respect copyright.PENANAZJs5LYYbBo
For those who wish to say it's murder, we don't charge our soldiers with murder when they are ordered into combat do we? That's government organized. The truth of the matter is, you have to look at each situation, and their comes a time a person doesn't deserve to live anymore.805Please respect copyright.PENANAkqQ52vgqu1
Think of it like a dog. Dogs who are vicious and a proven threat to society are often put down in a humane way to protect the rest of the population, both dogs, humans, and other living beings on earth. So, when a person proves themself to be too big of a threat to society, they too should be put down to offer protection for the rest of the population. 805Please respect copyright.PENANAWFrOU09yiK
I'd say more, but I'm trying to keep this clean and polite without coming out as a sadist or morbid person, which I'm not saying I'm not those things, but I'm saying I'm trying not to come across of those things. I'm also not saying they should bring back the electric chair, but I'm saying that if they do and enforced the death penalty, I wouldn't mind flipping the switch.805Please respect copyright.PENANAB5NevvZZDe
