Chapter Thirteen
The other witches, and wizards, were having morning tea. Bright colors was in the cold sky; the fireplace kept the children warm. Jennifer watched the wizards. She waved at them, as they did the same. David saw another boy. He was looking around; he was searching for something.
'Are you lost?', David asked him.
'Ah, I think so. I get lost all of the time. I'm Matt Lowe', he answered.
'David Kemp. This is my friend Jennifer Price, and Katie Cross'.
'I heard about your father. He's a fisherman in Edinburgh', Matt said.
'Wait. Your mother is Jane Lowe, the witch', Jennifer said.
'Yes, she also bakes cakes at the Scotland Fair'.
'Of course', Jennifer smiled.
And, after a brief conversation, they became friends.
