I zoom down the highway in my motorcycle. Feeling the wind blow against me. I'm having the time of my life. Suddenly a car swerves in front of me. I collide with it and get launched off my motorcycle. I flail my arms and legs desperately before smashing against the ground. I feel nothing.
I wake up with a gasp. I look around the bright room. I'm in a hospital. My mouth feels dry. I rub my eyes and look down to see that I'm wearing nothing. I quickly cover up with my hands. "n..nurse?" I say with a quiet raspy voice. God I am parched. I press the help button. Nothing happens. Is it broken? I sit on the edge of the bed. My bare feet touching the cold tiled floor. I attempt to stand up. My legs give out as if they were made of jelly. I fall to my hands and knees. My head begins spinning. I must still be coming down from medication. I stand up. Holding onto the bed for support. I look around the room. "Hello?" I notice a hospital gown on a chair next to my bed. I grab it immediately and put it on. I see a brown door. I walk over to it and turn the handle. Exiting into a corridor. Empty. Not a soul to be seen. I walk down it for a while.
"Hello!?! I need help! I don't know where I am!"
No response. I start to get anxious now. I feel like I'm being watched. But I feel that way often when I'm alone. I continue to walk down the corridor. I enter a waiting room. This would be really embarrassing if there was anyone there. The green cushioned seats lay barren. I scratch my arm nervously.
"Come on man what is this?" I say to no one. I notice a vending machine I walk towards it. I realise I have no money on me. I sigh defeated. When I notice a can of cola on the table next to the machine. Someone just left this here? I pick it up and crack it open. I begin to drink it. It doesn't taste of anything. I can feel the bubbles and I feel it going down my throat but I cant taste any cola. But my first is quenched none the less. I notice a pay phone. I walk up to it and check the change slot for any forgotten change. I see a shiny quarter and grab it. I put it in the slot and dial my girlfriends number. It rings for a while before she picks up.
"Hello?"
"Hey babe I just called to let you know I'm ok. I think I was in a car accident. I'm in a hospita-
"You coming over?"
"What?"
"Hello- Oh hey!- When?"
"What are you talking about? Honey I'm in a hospital I need you to come pick me up If you-"
"Oh hey!- You coming over? Whe- w- w- w- when? When"

The line goes dead. What the hell was that? It sounded like her but she made no sense- "AHHHHHHHHH!!!" A shooting pain goes through my head. I grab my face and drop to my knees. Pain shoots through my body. "FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUAHHHHHHHHH!!!" I fall to my side and begin writhing in agony. Then it just. Stops. I feel fine. I stand up and begin to start breathing heavily. What is going on here? Where the hell am I? I notice one of the walls turn white. It wasn't white before. It was green. And all the walls surrounding it are still green. And its really white. Like nothing I've ever seen. Then another wall turns white. I stand up freaking out. Then a patch of the floor turns white. Then a patch of the roof. Before I know it all the walls floor and roof are turning white. Until it surrounds me. I cant see anything but the colour white. I take a step back. Before the floor beneath me just. Ceases. "I used to drive these puppies back in college. You gotta give it the respect it needs" Dad?
