I prefer it to be weekly as it can provide the author time to brainstorm and visualize what they want to write, how to write it, and then read it over to see if it fits their ideal vision. Or at least die trying since we're all artists either way and we have a thing called writer's block, art block, you name it, its our best friend for life. For the readers, it not only puts us on the edge of our seats but we also dont kill ourselves reading the whole thing when we can be doing something productive while waiting for a new chapter and talking to other fans of the author about it.
