I wake up the next morning with my teddy bear laying beside me on the bed. I get up and take my leggings off, pulling on some shorts. I go into the room that I put all of my exercise equipment in and start with stretches and move onto my weights and treadmill. Suddenly, I feel a pain in the back of my head and everything goes black.
“I’m sorry, Caleb. But we can’t take any risks,” I hear T.J. say before sleep takes me over completely.
I wake up a while later and don't recognize my surroundings. I look around and all I see is cement walls surrounding me and a cement ceiling. I get up and walk towards the only door, but am choked by a... collar!? What the fuck!? Where am I?
"Glad to see that you're awake, finally."
I jump and turn around, my ears perking up at the deep voice of T.J. When I see him and the other two, my tail hangs limp between my legs and my ears flattening against my head.

"Afraid not pup," Jonah says as he walks up to me.
"We can't risk you telling people. We aren't safe as long as you hold our secret," Jake says.
"I would never tell anybody what I saw. Please. Just let me go. I'm begging. I don't like it here," I whimper out.
"Begging is no use. You aren't leaving and that is final. We will be back to check on you later," T.J. growls and walks up the stairs to the door and leaves the room. The other two look at me one more time before leaving me alone in the basement.
"P-Please~ It's cold down here," I whimper. "Zeke, please. Are we able to shift with this collar thing on?"
'Yes. But it may be painful for a minute.'
"I don't care. I'm fucking freezing. I just need your warmth right now."
I close my eyes and shift, feeling my bones breaking and moving into place and the fur coming out of my skin. When I am finally in wolf form, I feel slight discomfort from the collar, but it goes away quickly as the collar adjusts to my body. I lay down on the floor and close my eyes, letting sleep take me over.
A few hours later, my ears perk up and I open my eyes to see T.J. at the basement door with a tray of food and the other two behind him. I stand up and walk to the farthest end of the basement, facing away from them.
"Eat."
I ignore Taylor's command and stay seated.
"Come here and eat~ We won't hurt you," Jonah says to me this time.
"Come on! I wanna play with you when you're done! Hurry up and eat," Jake shouts energetically.
I glance back and see them all staring at me with their beautiful, enchanting eyes. I tear my eyes away from theirs and growl, laying down on the floor again.
"Why are you not eating? And why are you in wolf form? We never said you could shift," Taylor growls at me.
'Well maybe if they'd have actually given us at least a blanket, we wouldn't have needed to shift,' Zeke growls in my head.
I flatten my ears against my head and continue to ignore the demands of my captors. I growl loudly when I smell Jake right behind me. I let out a loud squeal when he stomps on my tail and I turn around and bite him, latching onto his arm while growling.
'ZEKE!! TAKE CONTROL!!'
Zeke takes control of our body and tears into Jake's arm until he slaps us and Zeke gives control back to me.
"What the fuck do you think you were doing!?"
I back away and hunker down in the farthest corner from all three of the vampires.
'Zeke. Tell me we can break this chain or collar, please.'
'We can. But you need to run. And fast.'
'Alright.'
I duck my head as Taylor raises his hand at me and I take off running towards the door. I get as far as the chain stretches and hear the clatter of metal on cement. I glance back to make sure the chain broke and when I see it laying on the ground, I run faster, out of the house and into the street. The first thing that I notice is all of the trees and the absence of cars. I take that as my chance and run into the woods, going god knows where. Anywhere to get away from them, I guess. I get to what looks like a river and jump in, swimming across and masking my scent as well as I can. I get to the other side and look back to see the triplets on the opposite side as me.
"We will find you, Caleb."
I turn around and run towards the nearest town. When I start smelling a wolf pack, I find a warrior on the edge of the territory.

"P-Please. I need some h-help. I-I was captured by three v-vampires. They're looking for me. I need somewhere to stay for a little while," I whine out.

"I d-don't have clothes, though."
He takes off his shirt and holds it out to me. I shift back and feel my legs almost give out, so I grab the nearest tree to steady myself. I take the guy's shirt and slip it over my head. It surprisingly covers down to about mid-thigh on me. He leads me farther into the territory and all of the pack members give me strange stares as I keep my head down with my ears and tail down. "Alpha. This young wolf was lurking near the edge of our territory. He claims that he escaped from three vampires and he is on the run from them. He asked for a place to stay for a while."
"Thank you for bringing him to me, Ethan."
"It is only my duty, Alpha."
Ethan bows to the man in front of us and turns, walking to the door.
"Oh, and Ethan?"
"Yes sir?"
"He's your responsibility if I say yes."
"Understood, sir."
Ethan walks out of the room and I am left with a tall man with a graying beard and salt and pepper colored hair. He motions to the seat across from him and I sit down with my arms folded over my chest.
"Is what Ethan said true?"
"Y-Yes sir. I just got away from them. I crossed a river and I ended up here when I was looking for the nearest town."
"Where are you from?"
"I live in New York City. Where are we?"
"Don't worry. You're just outside of the city. How old are you?"
"As of tomorrow, I'll be eighteen."
"Oh? So you'll be able to find your mate then?"
"Mates. I don't know why, but I can tell that I have multiple mates. All male unfortunately."
"I know what you're talking about. It is a wolf's instinct to know how many there are and what gender their mate or mates are."
"It's just, weird. I've known about these mates of mine since I was sixteen. Now I move and I meet three male vampires that are triplets. Isn't that a little weird?"
"Are you sure that these vampires aren't your mates?"
"I don't know. They've been acting strange since I met them, so it wouldn't be a surprise at this point. And they said that my scent is different than other wolves they've met."
"Boy, with the things you are telling me, I'd say that these vampires of your's are your mates and they just want to keep you to themselves. Now I'm not saying that how they are going about it is right, but you should probably just trust them. And if they don't turn out to be your mates, then you run."
I look down at the ground and nod my head lightly.
"Now. Do you still want to stay here or are you going to go home or back to your vampires?"
"U-Um. I think that I'll stay here for a night to rest."
"Very well then. You will stay with Ethan for as long as you need. But I don't want any vampires attacking my pack, so I want you to leave as soon as possible. Okay?"
"I'll be gone as soon as I get enough sleep and some food. I don't mean to bother your pack."
I get up and walk out of the alpha's office and see Ethan standing against the wall with his head down. I walk up to him and his green eyes meet mine.
"I heard everything. Follow me to my house and I will get you some food. And maybe some clothes too."
"Thanks so much for being so kind to a loner like me."
"It's really no problem. Now hurry up before you get left behind."
I follow him to his house and he leads me to the living room where he lets me sit on the couch. He goes down the hall and comes back a few seconds later with some clothes. He helps me up and I groan, now realizing how tired my legs are. I wobble a little as I walk over to Ethan and he grabs my arms, holding me up.
"You need some help?"

He moves to my side and wraps his arm around my waist and helps me walk to the bathroom. He sets the clothes on the counter and lets go of me to turn the water on. I try to stay standing, but I end up falling on my ass. I stay sat on the floor and watch him get the water temperature set and he pulls a towel and washcloth out an puts them beside the shower.
"Will you be able to take a shower by yourself or do you need help with that too?"
"I think I can manage. But can you stay in here just in case?"
His face turns red and he slowly nods his head, sitting on the floor against the door. I work my way into the shower and push myself off of the floor before taking Ethan's shirt off. I let the warm water run down my body and sigh as it slowly loosens my muscles. I grab the shampoo and wash my hair. As I am washing my body, my leg gives out and I hit the floor, groaning as I hit my head. In an instant, Ethan is right with me in the shower, getting soaked.
"Are you okay!? What happened?"
"It's just my leg. It keeps giving out because it's so tired. I ran as far from the... house... as I could. I guess I probably pushed myself too hard. Z-Zeke still hasn't woken up yet."
"Zeke?"
"My wolf."
"Oh. Well let me help you finish up at the least."
"Okay. But take your pants off. They're getting soaked."
He smiles up at me and takes his jeans and boxers off and gets on his knees in front of me, putting my hands on his shoulders to keep me up. He grabs the washrag that I dropped and starts washing by body, starting with my stomach. He goes down and washes my legs and his eyebrows furrow.
"Are you an omega?"
"I don't think so. As far as I know, I'm a beta."
"Do you shave your legs, then?"
"Y-Yeah. I always wear shorts when I am around... a certain someone."

"How did your dad die?"
"I killed him. He had been abusing me for so long, but when he hit Carter one day, I snapped and attacked him. When the cops finally got there, the dick was already laying on the ground in a pool of his own blood. After that, my brother and I were sent to orphanage. Thankfully we were adopted pretty quickly. Ethan continues to clean my body and he moves to clean my back, but stays in front of me. When he gets to my butt, I try to hold in a moan as he brushes against my tail, but it fails.

I feel his body go stiff against me, but something else also goes stiff.

"Just a little. I-It'll be fine. But you should probably go and take care of your-ahem- little friend."

I shove him away from me and use all of my strength to stay standing as I rinse off. I stretch my arms up to rinse the conditioner out of my hair and his hands start running down my sides, and I shudder.

He continues to touch me and I let Zeke take over our human body, my eyes going red and my hair going black as night.
"We already told you to let go, and now you will suffer the consequences of ignoring us," Zeke growls and grabs Ethan by the arm and digs our claws into him.

"We warned you. And you didn't listen. did you think that everything Caleb told you was a lie?"
"A little. I mean, how does a mere beta defeat an alpha? There is no possible way for that to happen."
