Chapter Two
Jennifer watched the windows.
'What's so interesting, Jennifer?', her Mum asked her.
'I like to see the Highlands', she answered.
'We can go soon if you like, during the weekend'.
'I'd like that', Jennifer said.
And she watched as a group of witches, and wizards, were nearby. They smiled at her. 'Good afternoon, lassie'. 'Good afternoon, I'm Jennifer Price. I'm a witch', she said. They nodded, smiled, and waved back at her. Her Mum prepared their dinner, as the fragrant aroma of beef, vegetables, and sauces, were bubbling away in the stone oven which was cooking for the last hour in the kitchen. 'They saw me, Mum'. She smiled, and felt better than when she was thinking about the magical Highlands, which was full of adventure and ancient magic.
