Although you're becoming dizzy and weak due to the plane crash and the crash (to the ground) you caused by yourself, you make your way to the front part of the plane. With every step, you feel the pain in your legs and you bite the inside of your cheek to keep yourself from crying.
"Of all the things that could have happened..." you mutter under your breath.
You keep hearing the voice calling out but you're too focused on getting to the radio that it has become a mere echo in your mind. When you reach for the radio, you feel your sanity snap.
The antenna that was supposed to transmit the signal is bent and broken. No matter what buttons you press...
Nothing.
You throw it to the ground with what strength you've got (which is...not much).
You let out an annoyed scream, not caring if anyone heard you. Then you proceeded to throw a tantrum because apparently, you still have the energy to do so. You trashed the remains of the crash in front of you not caring if you actually broke something or they were already broken. You threw what you could throw to the ground.
When you stopped you were running out of breathe. Fortunately for you, the wound on your forehead wasn't deep enough to kill you. Having let out some steam you begin to notice where you are as you slumped to the ground.
The plane has crashed onto a poor coconut tree on what seems to be an island (you assumed because you're facing the beach). And a few feet away from behind you is a forest. A lush, thick, green, dark and ominous forest.
Yes. A classic scenery for movies featuring cannibals that are out for some meat.
In this case, that would be you.
A shiver ran down your spine and turned your head back to the beach. You look towards the pink and orange horizon. The sun was setting and you're all alone.
Weak. Wounded. Confused. Defenseless. Scared. And a little bit insane.
Your head whips to the direction of the voice calling out, being carried through by the light breeze at twilight. You realise that you weren't imagining it as an echo, it was ACTUALLY an echo.
Compared to you, it was, enchanting. But of course you're smart enough to be cautious, because, although it sounded magical, it was hollow. A beautiful melody sang in a beautiful hollow voice.
At this point you're not sure if it was calling out or it had tune. The important thing is:
It was coming from the forest.
You vowed to yourself you're not going there. Never.
It was getting dark and the cold night air was getting to you. It dawned upon you that even though you're still alive, your loved ones who you were supposed to visit probably think you're already dead. And if you do survive, you have no idea where you are or how to make it back to civilization.
You hug your aching legs to your chest and you stared aimlessly into the now dark sky. Fatigue began to envelope you and you allowed yourself to fall on your back, your vision blacking out.

You wake up to find that the moon has already graced the sky with its presence. You thank the gods it was full moon. You'd still be able to see even if you don't have a built-in night vision.
You pull out your phone from you pocket and find out there's still no signal. Well, you didn't expect anything anyway. The pain has quite subsided and you find it less painful to move. As you stand up your stomach growled.
Choice A:
You decide to go back to the plane you jumped from to check the plane's pantry in hopes of finding food. You also use your phone's torch to look for some useful items from your fellow passengers' belongings...you know...those who disappeared. You also plan to check the luggage compartment in the morning (assuming there are still salvageable things). And you find something that could be a good weapon. *What would it be?*
Choice B:
You decide to ignore your stomach. You think the plane's pantry has been probably trashed and you wouldn't find any food. However, you still climb back to the plane to sleep in a more 'comfortable' way, thinking of breaking your vow and venturing into the forest in the morning. Maybe when you get some high ground you'll get some signal but you find something else. *What is it?*
What do you choose?206Please respect copyright.PENANAWgmlDt3Utq
