My Sweet Elijah,
I have arrived in London! The flight was alright except for the fact that I was between an old businessman and a girl who thought everything was 'rude'. She tried to get me involved by going 'Isn't she so rude?' and 'Can you believe her? How rude'. I just really wanted to say how rude SHE was being but I held myself back and thought about the first time we met. Remember that? Even if you do, I'm going to write it down anyway...
It was the first of January, and we were sixteen and I couldn't get my locker open. I did the combination over and over again until finally, with your locker next to mine, you asked if I wanted help. I said yes and then you opened it on your first try! Your first try!!! I exclaimed this to you and you laughed and eventually, I joined in.
Do you remember this? I know I do and I forever will. I will never forget anything about you. I couldn't if I tried. I remember the way your eyes crinkled at the sides and you threw your head back. Every little thing made you laugh, a weird face, a cringy joke...
I must end this letter short, we are landing soon and I want to send his before I find out where I'm staying. In my next letter, I will give you my address. Write as soon as you can! I miss you.

My Sweet Elijah,
I love my apartment! It has the best view of the streets but the people are a bit grumpy before they get their tea and crumpets. It rains all the time here. It's like my dream place (Minus the people before tea time)! Tomorrow I start school at The Royal College of Music. I'm so nervous, what if people don't like me? What if they think I'm weird?
It's a miracle how you dealt with me and my anxiety. I never wanted you to know about it, how I would shake if someone asked me a personal question or freak out when I was told something was a surprise. Made your life so much more difficult.
It was sometime in August, we've been hanging out for a while. You took me to get some lunch and we sat down and talked until the waiter came. The waiter asked me a bunch of questions and you could see me shaking and you just interrupted him and told him our orders. This got him pretty ticked but he left anyway. I'm so happy that you're coming in a few months! I wish it were earlier but some time is better than no time. I can't believe we've stayed together for so long.
