"In a Dream" (Tiamat)

In a dream, I climb clouds like mountains,

feeling the bitter cold air on my hands.

Making them frozen, yet they are able to move.

In a dream, I see you dying, ready to leave.

I see you from behind the fog between Heaven and Earth,

Your tears making a pool beneath your cheek.

In a dream, I grab your hand and take you from there in a hurry.

I came from death, my wings filling the sky,

darkening the moonlit night.

Come closer for one last kiss.

I have to go, but I live in a chasm in your heart.

Keep me alive.

In a dream, together we will sleep in a world we made.

In a dream, we whisper secrets in our sleep.

In a dream, we will be together always, my love..
