"Ladies, gentlemen and creatures of all kind, I am humbled that many of you came to celebrate. To up hold an ancient tradition, the Gods will honor that greatly!" I took a deep bow of gratitude. Their presence and the fear rising within every breath fills me with such thrill that should never end. If they only knew what end they would meet but then again that excitement would die away before it could develop properly. "Please enjoy while the night is still young to celebrate all Hallow's eve." I gestured them to eat and drink. Some have secretly already begun earlier.
"Thanks for organizing this great party Ms. Smith." Thanked my neighbor Mr. Walter dressed as the Frankenstein Monster while drinking a glass of wine.
"It was no problem since you asked, please call me Countess as my costume portraits." I gave modestly.
"I say you got a swell costume, Countess." His eyes scanned me but halted for a second longer at my deep sewn neckline before meeting my eyes again.
I laughed to his compliment and walked off. "Mind your eyes Mr. Walter. Mind your eyes."
Suddenly a hand gripped my wrist and pulled me to different room. "What about my hands?" He smirked and pulled me closer to him. I was for a short moment surprised to see him like this but maybe it is because his wife isn't around tonight. I then laughed, in his eyes I saw a yearning desire. Gently he gave me a kiss on the cheek, on the lips and slowly wandered down my neck. The ecstasy rose within every breath between him and me. Almost the same thrilling feeling as before.
Suddenly as it started so it ended. Mr. Walter was kneeling on the floor gasping for air as if choking. I've almost forgotten the poison that will set everything in motion for tonight. "What is it? Cat got your tongue? I've poisoned the food and drink, all of you will be the offering to the Gods!" I laughed and skipped with delight to the hall.
