There are many Archdemons whose powers range from very great indeed to little more than some of the lesser creature. One such Archdemon who possesses little power is the Lord of Shadow and Night, who is the most benevolent out of all his brethren. However, all is not as it seems, and the Lord of Shadow has many tricks up his sleeve. His latest scheme involves tipping the power scale ever so slightly into his favor. But in order to do so, he will need the aid of a mortal thief.
