Well hey there! No, this is not an update.. Sad, I know. However, I figured that since you've been introduced (more or less) to the main characters of the story, I should give you some character profiles!
So far you've met our two main characters, Kitamura Haruki and Walker Caloway. You've also met some supporting characters like Xander- Haruki's best friend- and Ambrose- Walker's worst enemy. As well as the other members of the Drewitt family and Walker's father, Cassian. All these characters are here to build up the storyline and move it forward. Yes, there will be characters that are not known very well- like Haruki's great nieces and nephews and the girl Walker was remembering in the previous chapter.. Trust me, you will get to know them in due time.

Xander Drewitt:
Appearance:
Xander is a tall (5’10) ivory-skinned male with a sharp jawline and soft eyes. He styles his hair with an undercut, top dyed sandy-brown and underneath dyed black. He’s naturally brunette but doesn’t like that color on him. He wears clothes in a dark academia style, unintentionally. Xander has one ear pierced and like Haruki, parts of his skin are transparent in the sun. He has one arm covered with tattoos, a sleeve (which his mom did not approve of..).
Personality:
Xander is a pretty playful person, and he is usually very concerned about Haruki. He cares for others like they are his own- something he picked up from the sweet Mrs. Drewitt- his mother. He can also be very flirtatious, and is a bit of a hearthrob when he chooses to be. He likes to take care of people, and is very loyal. However, if you get on his bad side.. He’ll blow up like a time-bomb.
Likes: Junk food, puppies, calming scents, white noise, the color brown, Haruki
Dislikes: Contradictions, needles/injections, instant tea (tastes too cheap)

Ambrose Emseray
Appearance:
Ambrose is a tall alpha male who stands at 5’10 feet tall. He’s fairly muscular with long legs and a slender torso. His skin is tanned brown, and he has long brown-black hair that he ties into a ponytail. His eyes are a dark black that often flicker brownish orange. His werewolf form is a heavy wolf with dark brown fur, streaked black and maroon. His steak teeth are sharp and when he goes into an intermediate stage (when he stays in a human form but with a wolf ears and tail) his tail and ears are a plain brown-black. Like Walker, he wears professional clothing and attire.
Personality:
Ambrose Emseray is charming and very manipulative. He worms his way into people’s hearts and uses them for the things he wants. Of course, his victims are completely oblivious to this because the entire time he does this, he maintains a ‘good’ relationship with them. He hates Walker with a strong sense of malice, and wants to be in Cassian Caloway’s good graces. Only to Walker does he show his true colors, and because Walker’s reputation is to be.. Well, a snake.. People believe Ambrose most of the time.
Likes: Being in charge, meat (specifically bunny meat), snow, roses, guns
Dislikes: Walker, Walker, Walker (he actually hates him..), fire, sand

I decided to go with Ambrose and Xander for the two main side characters because the dynamics of both are so different! Xander is your charming and helpful best friend; while Ambrose is a vengeful and malicious enemy. Both are vital to the storyline, though. Something you are likely to see more of are the interactions they both have with the two main characters- and heck maybe even eachother. I look forward to continuing to write both of them in this story.
Walker and Haruki both have interesting pasts, and though we know some of Haruki’s and have had a small flashback teaser of something from Walker’s.. We don’t know much yet, do we? Blending these pasts together will certainly be a challenge- but one I look forward to. Haruki and Walker will meet soon, and I hope you guys look forward to that as much as I do!
Lastly, I worked on these profiles to give everyone an inside look of these characters, so if you ever see something written in the main chapters and get curious about it, you can reference this sub-chapter! I will probably come out with additional information about them later on and add more side-character profiles if readers get curious.
