Because when you cry, the rains cascade and the waters fill every corner of the city.
The innocence of the victims ceases to save them from whatever horrors the floods shall drown them in.
Many will suffer in your sadness and chaos would have left the buildings vandalized. The streets will no longer be recognizable, let alone even be of use any longer.
The demons of destruction shall have lives of many at their hands. And gladly they shall play with them.
As waters bring down the oldest structures, so shall the faith living in the Souls of many be torn apart and a generation of heathens shall be given birth to.
And sometimes when you cry, you release not an overflow of water. You release a blizzard.

Night time is the worst... especially for those who have not a place they can call home. Some won't make it to see the next sunset. The frost would have eaten away at every bit of life their bodies emanated, until all the life was gone.
May their Spirits and Souls find a new place to call home.
Dearly beloved Mother Nature, do not cry. Tell me what must I do to keep you happy. So we may know sunshine and beautiful clear skies: when the children come out to play and the most colourful flowers sing with joy.
Do not cry dearly beloved Mother Nature, the price is too heavy and not all deserve to pay. Usually the ones that do won't even have to take out a dime.
