The fight and the arrest
Brayden holds his jaw and starts rubbing it. He didn't have any blood coming out of his mouth, although he did feel a lot of pain. Brayden looks up at Jack and states, "I should have never trusted you. I should have followed my instincts and arrested you from the first piece of evidence I found!" Brayden gets up and punches Jack across the face. Jack's mouth starts bleeding from Brayden's punch. Jack puts his left hand behind his back and pulls out his cleaver. He slashes at Brayden, but Brayden's reflexes save him. Brayden grabs Jack's arm and throws him at his house. Jack dropped his cleaver when he was forcefully slammed against the house. Jack ran into his house to get three of his other knives: his Seax, dagger, and his survival knife. Brayden pulls out his Revolver, but Jack cuts Brayden's hand with his Seax. Brayden drops his gun like Jack was hoping he would. Although, Brayden catches his gun with his foot and kicks it into Jack's face. Jack throws his Seax aside and pulls out his dagger from one of his front pockets. He tackles Brayden into the ground and starts trying to stab him in the face, but each time Brayden rolls his head away. Brayden head-butts Jack off and he runs into his house to get his Sniper rifle. He runs out his front door and cocks his rifle. Jack holds his hands in the air as Brayden holds his rifle and aiming at Jack's chest. Brayden shouts, "Drop the knife or else I'll fire!" Jack almost drops his knife, but instead throws it into Brayden's arm, making him lose his grasp of the rifle.
Jack kicks the rifle aside and pulls out his survival knife from his other front pocket. Brayden pulls the bloody dagger out of his bleeding hand and throws it aside. Jack swings his survival knife at Brayden. Brayden kicks the knife out of Jack's hand and then punches Jack in the face. Brayden runs into his house and grabs his semi-automatic shotgun. When he runs back outside, he spots Jack back at his house grabbing his fighting knife, his electric double-bladed knife, and his machete. Jack killed Brayden's father with that machete. Jack runs towards Brayden, holding his electric double-bladed knife. Brayden cocks his shotgun and starts firing not at Jack, but very close to him to get him away but that plan failed miserably. Jack runs up to Brayden and kicks the butt of the shotgun into Brayden's face. Brayden's nose starts bleeding badly, however, that doesn't stop Brayden from fighting. Brayden jabs Jack's hand with the butt of the shotgun and knocks the electric knife a few yards away. Jack kicks Brayden in the crotch and pulls out his fighting knife and starts slashing at Brayden. Brayden did get cut on the arm again from Jack's slashing. Brayden walks back into his house and gets a hold of his auto-cannon. He bursts out the front door and fires a missile at Jack's house. Jack's house shatters into thousands of small chunks of wood and glass. Jack became infuriated by Brayden's destructive act. Jack shoves his sword into the barrel of the cannon and he punches Brayden across the face.
Brayden kicks Jack out the front door and gets his metal storm machine gun. Jack's eyes dilate as he pulls out his machete. He swings his machete heavily into Brayden's house and tries to hit Brayden. He gets his machete stuck in Brayden's house the fourth time he swings. Brayden cocks his machine gun and aims it at Jack. Jack curses as he lets go of his machete and tries to run away. Brayden fires several bullets into Jack's back. Jack goes unconscious but is a bit lucky to be alive. He had bloody wounds on his back, but Brayden hit him in just the right spot to make him pass out and not die. Brayden sighs in relief as he walks into his living room and dials 911 to come and get Jack down Sinister Street. The police arrived approximately 10 minutes later to take Jack to prison. They had shiny silver handcuffs placed on Jack's wrists as they shove him into the back of the police car. Chief Doug walks up to Brayden and says, "Thank you for stopping this insane criminal. His real name is Jack Gregory. He has abused drugs, stolen identities, and of course, commit murder several times. We are grateful that you were able to take care of him. It takes guts to go after criminals like Jack. You've obviously got those guts." Brayden smiles and comments, "Jack killed my father, Noah Gulligan. Jack is lucky to be alive sir." Doug got a sad yet serious look on his face and says, "Your father was a good man Brayden. You're just like your father. Keep up the good work, detective Gulligan." Doug opens his ca door and climbs inside. He nods his head at Brayden and drives back to prison with the other police officers who arrived.
Brayden doesn't have to worry about Jack anymore... or does he? Brayden was still thinking about Jack and if he was going to return or not. Maybe Jack wants revenge on Brayden for having him arrested. And that's exactly what Jack was planning all along. Jack planned on getting into a serious one-on-one fight with Brayden. He planned on getting arrested. And finally, he planned on getting revenge on Brayden, and it wasn't going to be pretty. Jack just had to wait for the right time, when Brayden least expects it or when he's got a loved one for Jack to take hostage and kill. Brayden was starting to worry a little bit but Jack was going to a heavily guarded prison, why should he worry? Because Jack knows that prison inside and out more than any other prisoner who has been there. And now, it was time for Jack's flawless escape plan to begin.
