'It's Halloween. Today's a big day', Hagrid said.
'This is my friends, Hermoine Granger, and Ron Weasley', Harry said.
'Please to meet you two', Hagrid said.
'We're trick and treating', Hermoine said.
'Yeah, an' the house ghosts are floating in the air', Hagrid said.
'House ghosts', Ron said.
'Nearly Headless Nick is the Gryffindor House Ghost; the Bloody Baron is the Slytherin House Ghost, the Fat Friar is the Hufflepuff House Ghost; the Grey Lady is the Ravenclaw House Ghost. And Peeves, is the poltergeist. And he annoys everyone with his pranks', Hagrid said.
'We got to go, Hagrid. We can see you in the Hut', Harry said.
'That will be great, Harry. Fang is looking forward to the visit', he said.
'Fang'.
'My dog...he's old', Hagrid explained.
And he smiled.
It was a success.
Halloween was full of lights in the air.
And the witches, and wizards, were eating a lot of Cauldron Cakes, and other food, and drinks. It was a feast! Harry, Hermoine, and Ron, made sure that they had a sense of duty to live up to the Gryffindor name. And not to lose house points. That was why they wanted to succeed.
