She gasped, and headed to her bathroom.

She closed the door, then she was prepared for the evening ahead.

Paul Markham rang the front doorbell.

'I'll get it', Oliver Markham, Paul's father, said.

He hated to be interrupted by the football game. He smiled at the teenager. 'How are you, Sir?', he asked him.

'Ah, I'm writing my crime novel at the moment. The usual fare. Hey, do you like the New York Giants?'.

'No. I follow the New York Yankees baseball team'.

'Daddy...', Anna said.

'Don't be too late', Elizabeth Markham said.
