基督徒，熱愛跑步及彈奏低音結他。生於英殖時期香港，14歲往英國留學，99年華威大學電腦系統工程系畢業，同年受浸兼見證愛隊曼聯成為「三冠王」。畢業後成為「IT人」，多年來周旋於程式碼、伺服器及系統文件之間。到了不惑之年，卻在偶然出現的人生假期忽發奇想，開始中文故事創作，矢志「用生命創作小說，用小說改變世界」，踏進自己毫不熟悉的寫作路。

A Christian who loves running and playing bass guitar, born in Hong Kong during the British colonial period. He went to study in the UK at the age of 14 and graduated with the Computer Systems Engineering degree at the University of Warwick in 1999. In the same year, he was baptised and witnessed his favourite team, Manchester United, achieve the impossible dream of "The Treble".

After graduation, he became an IT person and spent many years working with codes, servers, and system documentations. Entering the age of 40, he had an unexpected sabbatical year and was inspired to start writing novels - determined to "create novels with his own life, and change the world with his novels" - thus stepping into a world that was completely unfamiliar to him.
