I saw a light shining from the hall across from his, I look back, and go towards the light. "Mademoiselle, where are you going?" I turn around and see Louis and Cóme "there's a light down the hall and I was..." "maintentenant maintentenant you mustn't go where you're not told" "I was never told anything" "wait the master didn't tell you the rules?" "rules?!, I'm not a princess, he can't tell me how to live my life, you all are just like them" I walk past them and grabbed my cloak, and head to the front door "mademoiselle, please wait it only a few simple rules" "like calling him master? why do you even put up with him!? he's so rude, and not to mention his temper" I cross my arms and look away. "Please mademoiselle, we need you" "only if he learns how to control his temper" I give my cloak to the doorman and sit on the floor and look at the small fire. "So what are these rules" "well you are going to call our master, Antoine, you can go anywhere in the castle except the north wing" "how come?" "because he doesn't want anyone up there, it's dangerous" I nod and look up at the other hallway, I didn't notice but I was heading towards the stairs "what's up there anyway?" "oh nothing, just some burnt pictures, papers and books" "books?!" "yes, madam!" I turn the corner and head up another flight of stairs "madam!" "Ember" "pardon?" "call me Ember" they look at each other and back at me "come, let us show you the library" "the library?!" "oh yes, there are selves of books, that go up to the ceiling, a lot more than the north wing"
I started flowing them but look back up at the north wing staircase. I sneak back up the stairs and slowly head up towards a hallway a small light shining from the end of it. I tried my best not to step on anything but it was dirtier than the hallway leading to Antonio's chambers. I look around an enormous room dust covering every inch of it, and half the room, burnt. I look around and see a torn picture on the ground, I look up and see a painting of a woman with a crown on her head and holding something but the painting was half burnt hidding what she was holding. A light catches my eye making me squint at the light in my eye, I turn my head over to a silk cloth covering something, a small light was shining out of it, giving off a rainbow. I look behind me and fully take off the cloth. I fully expose a tiara painted in gold with white and blue crystals, I look up at the painting seeing the same tiara that the woman was wearing. I went to touch it but a hand grabs my wrist I see bloodshot eyes glaring at me, "I believe you were told not to come here!" I look up and see Antonio his eyes dark red "i-i'm sorry I was just wondering what the-" "get out" he lets go of me and looks down "I SAID GET OUT!" his voice echoed threw the halls making him seem louder than ever, I run through the hall and down the stairs grabbing my cloak and running to the forest.
