Hi, it's Wynter! I got the idea for "Farewell Thee" (originally named Not A Phase, yes this is a remake, but in my opinion, this is way better) from my best friend, actually. She was the original inspiration for Taylor's (previously Dawn) and Haven's (previously Dakota) relationship. At first, when I wrote this book, I thought it was going to be some cliche-lesbian-triangle-romance based on the romantic love I had for her, but as I continued to write, and as I went through life and my infatuation for her faded over time, Through Life and Death evolved into a romance-drama-crime book that both her and I love reading to this day. She eventually figured out the meaning behind the characters and their significance in my personal life, but still to this very day (11/16/22, almost 7 months after I started writing the original), she's been my most loyal friend. She encourages me to write, and we bounce ideas off each other's heads until I find the courage to write the next chapter. As I'm writing this message, I'm 17 chapters in, working on the 18th, out of at least 20, no more than 30. (I don't plan it out before I go, I just re-read it, trying to fit it into a world I created) The reason I started writing this book was to make my best friend proud, and that has been my goal ever since. I'd like for y'all to know that this is a barely edited version of my final that will come later and so right now, the storyline might be confusing and have major plot holes. Other than that, it should be a good read. Thank you for reading my book! I love all of my fans (especially her) and I hope you all continue to read my writing! Enjoy!
